Dr. Wilson:

Dr. Wilson is more likely to be a simple researcher in the Foundation with his lack of actual testing and observation of SCPs and instead, requests resources to be used for non-beneficial or outright suicidal tasks to obtain something as petty as his favorite clipboard. He is also seen to have his own office with a fridge filled with champagne while also being known to blame the Foundation for everything that happens to him, no matter how minor it may be such as the aforementioned lack of investment to rescue his favorite clipboard to the Foundation not approving him a drone.

tl;dr: He's an asshole that likes to blame bureaucracy for everything.

General Marcus:

Possibly a high ranking staff member in the Response Team hierarchy with him being a general and having the ability to order a nuke when necessary or when unnecessary. Strangely enough, he's not to be taken too seriously and is actually more laid back, evident by his toying of Connor by going so far as shooting him for being late.

tl;dr: He's an asshole but he's not Wilson. He's also a high ranking member of the SCP Foundation's "military" with the power almost equal to that of an Inquisitor from 40K (depending on the branch anyway.)

Dr. Strarov:

Formerly Conner's psychologist before being replaced by Natalie Powers, Strarov was also previously a human before he was turned into an Eldritch abomination in the Night-Terror Dimension. Also-also previously stuck in said dimension until the sexual tension between the two untouched virgins was strong enough to break him out.

At the end of the latest episode (episode 7), he has deduced to a colleague that one of the IKEAns possessed a medical anomaly.

tl;dr he's a Russian psychologist now Eldritch abomination akin to a UFO with an uncanny amount of arms, legs, and eyes.

Dr. Hilda Becker:

A new Researcher in the Foundation, what she's knowledgeable at is unknown. She is rather friendly towards Conner compared to Wilson and numerous other Foundation personnel, enough to find it difficult for her to question the numerous casualties around the Site and the daily deaths of both D-Class and Site Staff.

tl;dr: Newbie; an Assistant or Junior Researcher that questions the morals, ethics, and sacrifices of the SCP Foundation along with their necessities.

Dr. Fish:

Whether or not he's affected by an anomaly is unknown much like most information about him. He has a fish for a head, is competent enough to be allowed observation in the tribes of SCP-3008 suggesting that he is a Regular Researcher, and gives out pistachios.
