More Prep Before Action

Gary loved this new world, chock full of eye candy that was not only eager to meet his gaze, but also gaze back. He felt many eyes from enhanced anime characters on him, shame to say he didn't recognize most of them. He didn't hold the random chance of their placement around the world against them, as he had given himself reality defining luck and was confident that any character he knew and wanted was either currently in or would make their way to his town. He simply didn't watch all anime, despite all the time he'd put into it since he'd discovered it in high school. Maybe he should fix that, given his current circumstances?

New Rule: The Owner of this Rulebook has an encyclopedic knowledge of all anime and anime-adjacent material (Manga, Manwha, Web Comics, etc.)

Knowledge filled his brain as the mother of all spoilers entered his mind. He recognized all the stacked women around him, even the ones that were male before his Rules. He was a little disappointed that he had watched all currently available anime (June, 2024) in one fell swoop, but there would always be new material as the wheels of creative minds were still bound to turn. Even if it applied to new material and he 'watched' it as it came out, why would watch anime or hentai when he could live one?!

This new rule also opened his eyes to an unintentional loophole in one of his previous rules. While many anime adjacent media eventually ended up adapted into anime, quite a few didn't, and they had many top-tier waifus Gary wanted to lay hands on. He decided to quickly correct that misfortune.

Old Rule: The previous rule regarding anime characters coming to 'reality' now extends to all characters of anime-adjacent material (Manga, Manwha, Web Comics, etc.) as well.

Now his dating pool was even deeper...as if he hadn't had a hard enough time choosing between his best waifus.
