More Fish.

We continue walking and slay five more lone Fishman without using any more MP. I get 2000 Exp and 1237$ as well as 50 more meat. After asking I find out that they don't see the Exp and money and Myla explains how guilds make money.

"Guilds usually get rare magical materials in natural dungeons. They either come from monster corpses or are formed with the dungeon. However the Fishman meat isn't worth it so we weren't going to harvest them." Myla tells me. We both stop when Hino holds up her hand and crouches behind a bush. She points ahead of us and about 30 feet away stands 3 Fishman. Two have swords but one has a bow.

"We need a plan to deal with the archer." Hino states.

"I can distract them and you two can sneak around it." Myla says holding her shield up.

"No, it'll take us half a minute at least to get there. That's to long for you to hold them off alone without any injuries." Hino says sternly. Myla and Hino think silently for a moment before I get an idea.

"I can trap the archer for five seconds. I can wait until it's about to fire and give you some time. I'll have to go with Myla otherwise I'll give us away." I say. Hino and Myla think it over before nodding.

"Okay I'll go around and signal when I'm as close as I can get." Hino says before taking off, still crouched and not making a sound.

"Hey Eric?" Myla asks after a moment of silence. "Um, do you remember before this, when I asked if we could meet up after school?" I nod suddenly remembering it and worrying if she knew I was a Lyna to. "Well, it wasn't Lyna related. But it's a going to take a bit to talk about and here isn't the best place. So could we meet up tomorrow? Its Saturday so we won't have school." She tucks some of her silver hair behind her ear.

"Sure, just text me the when and where. Although I might be a bit late, my gramps is going to visit. But don't worry, I'm glad to have a reason to leave him for a bit." I answer, causing her to smile and chuckle. Then the water between us starts to spin in a mini whirlpool.

"Its time." Myla says slowly walking forwards. I follow and cast Ancient Beastial Strength to raise my Strength and Agility for this fight, and the next hour. Once we're on the edge of the small clearing they're in Myla nods, signaling it's time. I nod back and she jumps forward making the metal on her shield glow blindingly bright. I close my eyes and rush past her and quickly slash the first Fishman.

I quickly slash it once more before running back to Myla.

I get next to Myla and turn seeing the Fishman recovering from the light. The two with swords charge me and Myla and the archer draws an arrow. I wait until they're on us before casting Vine Trap. I see vines shoot out of the ground and wrap around it's legs and arms, making it drop it's arrow it had knocked. I block the Fishman's blade and notice Myla got the one I weakened. I dodge its attacks for a few seconds before I get an idea. These claws have 10% of my INT as armor, so 7 rounded up, that means I can block with one and attack with the other. I see it raise its sword above its head and bring it down. I raise my left hand and block it's attack before thrusting my katana into it's neck.

The Fishman falls back and I take this opportunity to look to Myla. I see her holding her shield, the Fishman she was fighting on the ground. She's slowly marching on the archer and I see Hino jump up behind it. I look back to my Fishman on the ground shaking and stab it in the head.

I sigh and collect the meat. I walk up to Myla and Hino who are talking.

"What's up?" I ask them.

"I've found the Dungeon boss. But it's a Mini Hydra." Hino says depressed.

"You mean the three headed regenerating dragon thing?" I ask getting a giggle from Myla.

"No it is three headed but it's small and they don't have regenerative properties. It's just too strong for us though. So we're going to have to call backup. " Hino sighs. "I wanted to show them..." she trails off.

"Well why don't we go check it out. Then if its to strong we'll call backup." I say smiling. "And if anything goes wrong before we reach a decision I'll take us to my domain, deal?" I ask them. They both think for a moment before smiling and standing up.

"Deal." They both say.
