How about Tess, who can either make her clothes or body invisible, but not both- meaning she must streak to be invisible, and when she is visible again she can wear clothes, but will appear as if she is totally nude?

Or maybe Susan, who can manipulate matter for a number of elemental or terrain warping effects, but uses up her own clothing as an energy source to do so?
