Liloth looks quite upset as she is told of these events. Once finished she nods slowly, "I see... I will admit even I did not know much about the Old Mind. The power over the mind of others that he and his creations have, I am embarrassed to say, is quite effective against me. It has prevented me from dealing with them directly. I am sure I don't need to explain to you, how dangerous it would be if I was to fall under their control," she explains.

There's a moment of pause as the group seems to consider this and then Liloth continues. "I might have some thoughts on why the Old Mind desires puppet though. There is something in the Deep that defies him. A power that negates his own. A weapon seemingly forged specifically to kill him and his creations," she says and then hesitates, "metaphorically a weapon. As I understand it, it is not literally a weapon. It is in fact a much more mundane tool, but it has the power to exert the wielder's will onto the physical world and this ability makes the wielder immune to the effects of the Dream and the mind altering or controlling effects of the creations. The Old Mind fears this, but the wielder, immune as they would be to any of his attempts to control or kill them, they would not be immune to the more physical control that Puppet grants. That I imagine is why he wants it. Any attempt by the Old Mind to strike more openly would come into conflict with this weapon and reveal it's properties. The only solace the Old Mind has is that at current, no one knows about this deleterious effect of the weapon, they only know of it's mundane utility which has kept the Old Mind safe," she explains.

"Even I don't know what the weapon is, unfortunately, but I know that the Old Mind can't make a move until he has a proper counter to the threat this weapon poses and Puppet would be one such counter," she finishes.

"A weapon that renders all the mind games of the dream useless? That would be extremely useful," Yulia states.

"If this weapon exists, how do you know about it's existence, but not what it is?" Cherchiel asks skeptically.

"I saw it, in a sense. The weapon's wielder, would go into the Dream, apparently for artistic reasons? I followed once, in hiding, the wielder, a dwarf, would simply enter, unbothered by any of the effects and simply sit there and sketch. Things I couldn't see through the mist. I could see the creations watching the dwarf, but they seemed unwilling or unable to interfere and the dwarf didn't seem to even be aware of them. Of course the creations eventually noticed me and I was **** to flee before they turned their attention towards me fully, so I didn't get to see anymore, but I did see that dwarf emerge unharmed from the dream and return to the dwarf hold a short time later," Liloth explains, "that experience and the rumors I have heard spoken throughout these passages have confirmed to me the existence and effect of this weapon,"

"A dwarf painter?" Yulia mutters idly.

"This is ridiculous..." Cherchiel grumbles.

"You have a better plan?" Liloth asks, glaring at Cherchiel, "one that potentially does not result in you knocking up one of your own companions," she adds glancing at Goma. Cherchiel's face pales as she glances at Goma and Goma looks surprised, her hands instinctively moving to her stomach.

"I... you're lying I didn't actually... That's impossible!" Cherchiel argues.

"The power of Sower, was it's ability to... Sow it's seed as it were and turn even the most willful of women into a simple breeding sow," Liloth explains, smiling. Clearly enjoying the effect her reveal is having on Cherchiel.

Isalia looks ill as well as she looks between Goma and Cherchiel.

"Now then... I have told you what I can, the existence of these mimics and the extent at which they have infiltrated the other races is quite frightening, I will do what I can to ensure the Mimics are not a threat, perhaps it's time to reveal my return to the Drow... If nothing else it will draw their attention. Perhaps they will forgive me once this is over, since I doubt they will ever believe me again," she says sounding wistful.

"Seems like we should go looking for this weapon... The idea of Liloth drawing the attention of the Deep, might work to our advantage, after all the idea of getting everyone in a small area, had been suggested..." Yulia suggests.
