Monster rampage

What I and the Spiders saw coming out of a darkened alley way, was a body that looked insect like... three long stingers behind it, raised up as Scorpion came out. His previously human appearance mostly gone, his body covered in a chitinous like armor, his mouth mostly human like aside from long sharp mandibles at the upper and lower corners of his mouth. There was some sort of metal like collar around the neck of his buglike body, opening his mouth wide he suddenly spat out a large glob of sickly green liquid, the spiders moved out of the way only for it to burst as it landed, smearing a highly toxic acid all around the area and given the street a new pot hole. "Scorpion?! What the hell happened to you?!" I heard Peter ask, horrified at this transformation, Miles didn't look like he was doing any better either. The screen my Appraisal brought up didn't help.

Additional Info: Formerly Mac Gargan, the human part has been mostly overtaken with his new bug like transformation, there is little if anything left of the human that once wore a suit. Now replaced with a vicious monster that lives to follow orders from it's master Mr Sinister, currently off the leash and being allowed to hunt the Spiders to it's hearts content. Still holds a grudge against Spider-man for getting in it's way so many times.

Zane POV

I shivered as I looked at the former Mac Gargan, the man was gone, whatever was left behind seemed to be a very well controlled Scorpion monster, or one that was thoroughly focused on killing the spiders. He practically LEAPED at them, his multiple tails stabbing at them both at once, the spiders just barely dodging out of the way. The spiders leaped back further away as this new version of Scorpion glared at them hatefully, it let out a loud screeching sound before suddenly leaping at them once more, it's tails smashing into the concrete as the spiders did their best to dodge. A few seconds later and Scorpion spat out another Acid bomb at them, flying past them as they moved out of the way the acid bomb burst as it landed inside a Mexican restaurant known for it's tacos, windows and support beams melted before the building began to collapse in on the restaurant, the relatively small 3 story building starting to slant and tilt forward. Peter tried to go stop it, Scorpion not allowing him to do so, Miles proceeded to blast Scorpion in the back with his bio electricity.

Deadpool: Oh you BITCH! Why didn't you just put me in the story as a woman or something?!

Author: Cause you would ENJOY THAT Wade. Now stop fucking with the story and let me focus!

Zane POV

I tried to move to help them but the moment I did I found myself being sent into a building at the opposite end of the street. I pulled myself out of a group of tables I'd smashed into, looking back down the street to see who or what had hit... oh... what the FUCK...

Looking down the street what I saw was a tall, muscular guy with grey skin, his head was bald, it looked a lot like Tombstone... But his bones were GLOWING through his skin... there was electricity sparking around his body and his eyes looked sunken in. I watched him stomping his way towards the spiders for a moment before using my flight to launch myself at him, throwing out an Impact Palm at him right away, forcing him back a good 10 feet as his boots dragged and scraped along the ground. A moment later and I heard Peter land nearby, calling out to Tombstone for a moment, asking what had happened to him, what we heard in response was a voice that was gravelly, raspy, almost like someone that had been dead a long time was speaking. "Tombstone? Who is Tombstone?... I am CRYPT..." A moment later his hand punched out at us, a massive fist of electricity flying out as Peter and I dodged out of the way, the attack hitting a nearby car and sending it flying back, barely being avoided by Miles as the vehicle smashed into and sent the more insect than human Scorpion flying back. As we both looked at him I used Appraise again, Peter looking over to see the screen pop up.

Name: Crypt LVL: 150 Class: Fighter/Sorcerer Damage type: Crushing, Bludgeoning, Electricity.
Additional Info: Tombstone and Electro, hybridized together causing the destruction of both minds. Mentally rebuilt by Mr Sinister, Electro's hatred of Spider-man was kept, very little of Lincoln's mind remains and only enough to keep his combat prowess intact at that. Crypt's physical body has lost a small amount of durability due to the fusion process, however the electrokinesis now at his command allows him a new list of combat options.

"I've got him Spider-Man, go help your friend." I said to Pete, he looked at me worriedly for a moment before speaking up. "We'll be back to help soon as we can!" With that he headed off, Crypt watching him go before turning to look at me. "You'll fight me...? Your going to die..." Crypt spoke before the electricity around him gathered and intensified, suddenly he FLEW at me! Raised up a bit and just flew at me like a shot, I reacted on instinct and threw my Blue shield up, watching as he hit it and rebounded off the shield landing on his ass. I didn't wait for a moment, I leaped at him using Energy fists to try and beat him **** only to land two hits before his body let out a burst of electricity launching me back from him. I was getting up as he finished charging another blast, barely managing to dodge it when a message of EMERGENCY appeared in my head. It distracted me long enough for me to get blasted into a car...

Crypt was walking over, slowly, like he was certain of his victory, I groaned and was just starting to move when he loomed over me. "Like I said... Your dead..." He held his hands out, intending to electrocute me to **** by sending the energy through the car, essentially cooking me to a crisp... I had a thought pop into my head, reacted as quick as I could... Activating my Concrete manipulation, I opened a hole under him causing him to fall downwards, only for the concrete to wrap around him and trap him in a large cube before slowly pushing him back up onto the surface, his entire body trapped in place with only his head showing. "Better luck next time, Crypt. Enjoy your stay in prison." I said before turning away, heading off to help out the spiders after watching Crypt try and blast himself free with no success.

What I arrived to see was both Peter and Miles looking exhausted, Scorpion's tails tied together and it's body webbed up so heavily a crane would be needed to move it around. "I see you guys got him taken care of... The police are gonna need help hauling Crypt off, he's trapped in a block of concrete. You two okay?" I asked as the spiders nodded their heads, I took a moment to appraise them as well, curious what it would show.

"Yeah... I'm Good... How you doing Pete?" Miles asked, both of us hearing a groan as Peter gave us a thumbs up. We suddenly heard BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM before a building suddenly was SHATTERED outwards into the street, a large woman with red hair scraping and sliding along the pavement as her body skidded to a stop. Looking over I just barely caught sight of a black hood and white eyes before it pulled back into the building. I tried rushing over to check but whatever or whoever it was was gone, and I was left looking through 5 buildings to the surprised faces of Luke Cage, Tony and Steve. They came through the buildings while Miles and Peter checked on the red haired woman. "What happened?" Pete asked as Luke and the others arrived. "Titania is her name, that armor she's wearing is new, but she apparently managed to outfight She-Hulk and knock her ****. She-Hulk was safe but **** when we got there, now though she's missing. We don't have any clues either, aside from a figure with a black hood beating down Titania before throwing her through a conga line of buildings." Stark explained, those words concerned the spiders and myself, though they seemed worried about something else...

I was pulled from the conversation though as I tried to mentally message some of the people back at the mansion, what I got was the Professor speaking back to me, relaying a message that made me feel worry and fear. My eyes widened as I quickly grabbed Steve's attention to explain. "I gotta go! The mansion's under attack! It's STRYKER! His purifiers are trying to purge everyone there!" I was already moving before Steve could respond, Tony grabbing my shoulder and telling me. "Leave that to us kid, Strykers people are trained to target mutants, they won't be expecting me or Steve." Steve nodded his head. "Tony's right. We'll go help the mansion, there's still a few places here in the city that need help, thankfully the worst is behind us. You and the spiders split up, deal with the other threats. We need to end this fast as we can." With that Steve was grabbed onto by Tony before they flew off in the direction of the Mansion.

I didn't like being sent to help the city, not when Rogue and the others were possibly in trouble. I needed to finish with this fast so I could get back. Luke was able to tell us about a few other spots in trouble, the spiders headed for the nearest ones while I went to take care of the one in Times Square. What I found when I got there though were... Bodies... Around two dozen bodies... All of which looked like they'd been turned into husks of their former selves, their skin saggy, most of their bones showing, their faces stuck permanently in looks of horror and fear. "What the fuck...? What happened here?" I asked myself barely hearing something move through the air in time for me to dodge out of the way. What I saw, flapping it's wings and grinning back at me, a much younger Vulture. A quick Appraisal told me what had happened.

Name: Adrian Toomes LVL: 150 Class: Artificer/Life Drinker Damage type: Piercing, Slashing, Necrotic
Additional Info: Vulture has been heavily experimented on by Mr Sinister, the changes brought about have turned him into a pseudo vampire. Enhanced physicality, ability to drain people of their life energy through biting or stabbing them, all without the downside of being killed by the sun. His armor has been altered by Sinister as well, parts have been fully GRAFTED to Vulture's body, the main of which being special gauntlets that allow him to stab people and drain their life energy out of them, through the gauntlets and a special injection system that pumps their blood right into his body. His cancer has been purged from his body but his new goal seems to be to drain enough blood and life **** from others to gain a form of immortality.

Oh... So he's a full on murdering psychopath now... Well that makes this MUCH easier to figure out how to deal with him... "I was expecting the Spider-men to come after me... Unfortunate that you should encounter me first... Your life shall help bring me closer to my goal!" I heard Adrian call out, his gauntlet covered hand buried wrist deep in a homeless man's belly, said man's body was shriveling up like a raisin rapidly, before I could react he finished speaking and threw the now dead body at me. Dodging it I found him surprisingly close to me, he was faster than before, MUCH faster! Avoiding his hands wasn't easy, both seemed to have strange claw tips at the ends of his blood covered hands. He swiped, slashed, even tried biting me with what I saw were much more pronounced canines! He clearly wasn't used to fighting like this, his movements were a bit sloppy, his armor and wings slowing him down, making his attacks more clunky, against civilians he was a huge threat, to people that trained like the Spiders or myself he was getting easier to dodge as time went on. Growling in frustration he suddenly leaped up into the air, taking flight, he began to circle around me, looking for a blindspot, a weakness to exploit, so I tried to hide, tried to make it look like I didn't know where he was, I tried to lure him in. He came in fast and quiet as he could, mouth open, claws out, ready to try to stab and bite into me, to drain my body of all it's life...

I turned my head to reveal eyes glowing red with a black center, my rage manifesting as Omega beam's fired point blank into him...
