Modern Matriarchal World (Femdom World)

This world was broken for a very VERY long time prior to the formation of the Empire, it started not with the beginning of a world war but with the ending of one, the winners fought over land and recompense for their lost men and resources, the losers were bitter in their defeat and so contact with other nations simply went extinct.

A breakdown of communications; the way it’s told in school the nations of man had always been temperamental and petty, trade deals were cancelled and times got harder still.

The governments of the world failed their people, the food grown in the country wasn’t enough to sustain its people and so famine swept through the nation.

Then came the plague.

The nation was still reeling from the war, the famine killed many others and in their lowest point they were battered further by a sickness that rolled through neighborhoods like a storm, taking half of its people with it.

The country was in shambles, the people were scared but more then that, they were angry, angry at the government for they’re lack of help, angry at the universe for the misfortune that befell them, until one day a woman stood up, the woman who would become Empress.

Many stories differ on who she was exactly, the House of Magdalene claims she was a prophetess who had a dream of the Goddess in which she tells her what she must do to save not just the nation but the world entire.

The M.L.F. claim she was a shyster, a conwoman who saw the **** state of the nation and seized power with the help of her militia.

The history books are possibly even less reliable with some stating she was the mayor of the only city that was untouched by these calamities due to the fact that she kept no advisors during her prosperous reign, others claim she was likely a psychologist given how well she was able to understand people in the many years of her reign.

The Empress never opened up about her life, she merely stated that the woman she was died in service to the people, she surrendered her identity for the people.

That was over 100 years ago, now that empire owns over half the world, women have largely supplanted men as the more dominant of the genders in all aspects of life, women lead the field in medicine, science, law and nearly every industry imaginable.

Men have changed too, with nearly all fashion trends dictated by women, most men have adopted effeminate mannerisms that are most comparable to old world women with many going so far as to take hormones to stay small and meek.

The year is 2025 the world is stable but that’s not guaranteed to last forever, it’s only a matter of time before another dark age arises.

There are many people walking this world both in and out of The Empire with many potential fates.
