Miriam and Hannah

Considering your options, you decide to pop in on Miriam and her daughter Hannah. You turn left and make your way to the end of the hall where their apartment is located. To your surprise, you get there just as Miriam is coming up the stairs. She doesn't notice you at first, giving you an opportunity to look her body over without being seen. Her dark hair rest straight and natural down past her shoulders, and she is wearing a blue dress and black stockings that hug her body. You happen to sneak a peek at the cleavage of her massive breasts, approaching an E-Cup if you had to guess, before she makes her way completely up the stairs and, only about a foot away, finally notices you in front of her door.

"John!" the startled woman says, putting a hand to her chest, "My goodness, I almost ran straight into you! How are you doing?"

"Very well, thank you," you say, bringing your eyes up to her face effortlessly. If Miriam managed to catch you peeking at her, she doesn't show it.

"I should say so," she says with a warm smile, "I just dropped off my rent payment at the front office, and Holly tells me you're now the owner of the apartment complex. Congratulations!"

"Thanks!" you say, "Actually, that's kind of why I'm here. I'm surveying the property and need to do a small tour of your apartment. Is now a good time?"

"Oh yes, of course!" she says. You step back to allow her to access the door, which she unlocks and opens.

"Sorry the place is a bit of a mess," Miriam says as she enters ahead of you, "I'm planning on cleaning the place up tomorrow, but obviously if I had known you'd be doing an inspection..."

"Don't worry about it," you say, giving a cursory glance around the apartment to make it look like you were actually doing something, "I'm not expecting perfection, I mostly want to see the general layout and stuff."

"Well still, a dirty apartment gives a bad impression to a new landlord," she says, "Do you want anything to drink?"

"No thank you, I don't think I'll be staying too long," you tell her. Despite what Miriam told you, the apartment doesn't look that dirty at all. In fact, it looks cleaner than yours is currently. You aren't sure if that reflects well on her or poorly on you.

"Yeah, I suppose our apartment doesn't have a layout too different from yours," Miriam notes.

"Not really," you say truthfully. You look over the living room and kitchen area for a few moments before asking in the most casual way you can muster, "Is Hannah here? I doubt she knows about the change in management yet."

"I don't know, but we can certainly find out," Miriam replied, before leaning down the hall and yelling, "Hannah! Hannah!"

"What?" you hear the eighteen year old's voice yell back.

"Can you come out here a moment?" Miriam shouts, "John from down the hall is here, and he's got something important to tell you!"

You take a cursory peek into the bathroom as Hannah leaves her room and makes her way down the hall. The teen goth's hair is as black and straight as ever, and with her ratty jeans, faded Hot Topic tee, and bare feet, you assume that as usual she's not dressing to impress anyone, least of all you. Still, her natural good looks made her look attractive anyway, even with her rather neutral expression when looking at you.

"Hey John," she says, "What's up? You in trouble?"

"Quite the opposite, actually," you say with a smile, "Long story short, I'm now you landlord. Most of the technical stuff is stuff for you mom to worry about, but as her co-tenant I figured you should be aware of the new situation."

"Cool, thanks," she says, not caring about what you said but thankfully not questioning it either, "Is there anything else, or can I go back to my room?"

"Well, there is another thing," you say. Now that both of them were in the room with you, it was time to get to the real reason you came here, "I also want you both to know that I own..."
