“That good?” Miranda smirked. “You look good too. Try not to fall through any fish tanks this time, and we might make it to home plate.”

Shepard grinned. “So you’re saying there’s a chance.”

“You’re lucky they were finally able to repair the restaurant,” Miranda said. “Only took about 5 years.”

Shepard wrapped her arm around Miranda’s waist and grinned. “Come on, we don’t want to be late.”
