Miranda had a strange dream

You awake to sunlight streaming through the window. Looking over to the bedside clock you see the readout informing you it is only 5:48am. You make a wish for the time to go back five minutes but nothing happens, "Oh shit this can't be good," you say softly to yourself, trying not to wake Miranda.

"What can't be good?" Miranda asks rolling onto her side to look at you.

"Oh, nothing," you answer, tilting your head to look back at her. "Just waking up too early," you add.

"Yeah me to," Miranda acknowledges, "I just had the strangest dream," she starts only to trail off.

"Oh yeah?" you say your interest suddenly peaked. Could it be just a coincidence? "What kind of dream?" you ask.

"Something to do with the Devil... fire... power..." Miranda answers trying to remember as much as possible. "It's all fading so fast," she adds, rubbing the sleep from her eyes, "I think the Devil said he'd give me control over everything. Man that would be so cool!" she continued as she looked into your eyes. As Miranda describes her dream you get a cold chill down your spine as you try to decide what to do next, so many options running through your head. Do you guide her? Tell her she's crazy? Has the devil even given her the power you had only a few hours before? Do you dare test it out?
