Chapter 44 by CaptainPulse CaptainPulse

What's next?

Miraculously, they find their way out

Trudging through the forest, bare feet sinking and sticking into the mud with every step, the two naked ladies find themselves in progressively worse conditions as they try to find some good fortune on this harrowing journey. Neither of them could tell what time it was through the treeline, but considering how late it had been when they departed, it had to be getting close to night. They didn't have much time to get out of the woods, and they knew it.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much they could do about it. Despite her "powers" as an elf, Morgala good barely determine whether they were walking in a swampy forest or a forested swamp. Similarly, despite her "intimidating" visage, Thurkla was far from terrifying as she wielded the only thing she could think of to use as a weapon: Morgala's wooden friend. Needless to say, the unlucky women were in dire straits as the warmth of the day faded to the cold of evening. Both women started shivering, though whether it was from fear or the cold they wouldn't say.

"Um, maybe it was this way... No, this way..." Morgala, holding back her panicked breathing, tried to look for any clues as to where they were. Unfortunately, this sent her banging her bare toes on a rock and falling face-first into the mud. "Fuck!" She pulled her face out of the sludge, her tears mixing in with the grime and making her appearance worse. "This whole damn forest looks the same!" Morgala screamed, startling Thurkla, who protectively clutched the dildo tighter to her body. She stomped her foot, looking very much like Tina on one of her bad days. She didn't care, though; the past 24 hours had been some of the worst she'd ever had.

"Morgala, are we... are we lost?" Thurkla asked nervously. She didn't want to approach her companion during her tantrum, but she had to say something.

Morgala looked back at Thurkla, fire still in her eyes, only to soften at the childlike expression on her face. Thurkla was barely holding back her tears, sniffling as she pathetically clutched the dildo. Morgala couldn't in good conscience continue to rant and rave seeing that, no matter haw angry or naked she was. Taking a deep breath, Morgala patted the orc girl's shoulder and said, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled. I'll get us out of here, don't you worry."

The naked elf wished she was as confident as she looked (which wasn't much, she had to admit), but she didn't know where to go from here. On top of that, it was getting dark, and they wouldn't be able to traverse the woods at night.

As she slowly started to panic again, Morgala's eye caught something. There was moss growing on one of the stones she had tripped over. Of the few things she knew about navigation, she could remember the direction that moss faces.

"This is east!" Morgala cried confidently, pointing north.

"You figured it out?" Thurkla asked.

"Of course." Morgala stood confidently, hands on her hips and saggy breasts hanging out. "Moss always grows on the east side of rocks, everyone knows that."

Thurkla didn't, but Morgala looked so confident and beautiful (despite her mud-splattered front) that she couldn't help but believe her. "Wow, that's so cool."

Morgala nodded, looking in the direction she thought was west. "Now, we came from that direction, and the village was to the northwest, which means to get back to the road we should go..." She turned toward towards what would have been southwest by her reasoning, but was actually southeast, and said, authoritatively, "North."

Morgala turned around to face Thurkla. "Once we're out of the woods, we can just follow the road to your workplace." Thurkla nodded, holding the dildo by the tip and wielding it like a club. Morgala almost laughed before remembering that they didn't have time to waste, and started heading "north."

Amazingly, despite all of Morgala's assumptions being wrong, as she parted the last of the trees on the treeline, the naked travelers were greeted with the sight of the dirt road. Evidently, the elf had made enough poor decisions that she'd stumbled upon the right way by accident.

"Wow, you're amazing, Morgala. I never could have gotten us out of there." Thurkla looked upon her savior's filthy ass cheeks with reverence. "So, now what?"

Now what?
