Middle right hallway

As you pass by the ominous skull you decide to name it Leonard, Leonard doesn't do much but you choose to believe that he likes his name with no actual evidence as to if he actually does. With that piece of business taken care of you head further down the hallway, as you walk the hallway gets narrower and darker as well as you get to meet many of Leonard's brothers. You begin to suspect that this was not the correct choice of hallway but looking behind you all you see is darkness, it seems you have been trapped with perhaps some kind of magic but that isn't what's important right now.

With no real other choice you head onward down the hallway until it opens up into a strange room, it is a round room with a large pillar in the middle with a doorway in the middle of the pillar far taller than you could reach. As you study the room you step on a stone and hear a clicking noise, instincts you didn't even know you have kick in and you jump to the side in just enough time for the floor where you were standing to fall into a pitch black hole. A bit shaken up you get slightly more cautious of the floor and avoid many other traps just like it. Eventually you make it out of the room and into another "hub" type room, this time with only 2 branches. Looking back you see only one other hallway end up here than the one you took. It seems you had a 50/50 chance of even making it here so you count yourself lucky.

Looking at the 2 branches off of the "hub" type room you see one of them immediately turns into a spiral staircase down and the other hallway leads up with a similar spiral staircase.
