Michael Meets Supergirl

Michael looked around in annoyance metropolis was okay far better than Gotham but where the hell was any criminal sluts for him to punish into a meal ticket! He'd found a badge a while back and after finding out its power he'd punished some rich girl named Selina for bumping into him with having to pay a $800 "ticket" to him just enough to get to his current bus stop and maybe a can of soda with a sigh at not finding a easy target he brushed his brown heir out of his eyes, put his hands in his jean pockets and started walking some people gave him weird looks because of his dirty faded black(it use to be white) shirt, his faded blue jeans and broken ducktaped glasses making him look like a homeless street bum(true) but then they would see the badge that was magically forge welded to his shirt/left peck and get a look like the company boss just walked in it was the source of his weird power and as far as he can tell it was indestructible, invincible and impossible to remove unless he took it off himself as a broken screwdriver, crowbar and due to a mugger a used bullet can attest to (the last was also how he found out he couldn't kill using punishments but could erase memories) he was brought out of his thoughts by a tap on the shoulder he turned ready to hopefully get a few bucks only to pause in shock at both who tapped him and that he'd walked to the pear without realizing it

"Hello are you okay citizen?" Mutha fuckin Supergirl of all people ask her eyes going wide as she sees his badge like every one else seeing a fun way to get a lot of things he quickly thinks up a plan

"No i was thinking about important business before i was rudely interrupted" He said putting as much frustration in his voice as he could and he was happy to see her eyes widen

"O-oh I'm sorry Sir" she said taking a step back from his harsh tone he quickly followed up hoping this worked

"Honestly It been a while since I've seen a brat like you so as punishment I'm going to be your personal discipliner I'll live with you and get you up to shape and you'll have to defer to me understand"
