Melissa might not have time to wait

As Melissa stared intently at her clothes, she heard a buzzing from the floor to the chair's left. Her purse!

Melissa quickly bent over to pick it up and pulled out her phone, where she saw a text from her best friend Rachel.

"hey, omw to the park"

The park! Melissa had scheduled a hangout with Rachel at the park for a half hour after her dentist's appointment was wrapped up, but now it had... dragged on a bit, and the hangout was scheduled for 20 minutes from now. Not to mention, the park was 15 minutes away from Dr. Jorgensen's office, and it would probably take 5 minutes to get her car on the road based on how crowded everything was.

"Ummm, how long is this going to take?" Melissa whispered to the dentist.

"About 15 to 25 minutes," the dentist told her, still annoyed at her impatience.

Melissa froze, panicking at what to do now. Rachel had driven halfway across town to get to the park that was a ways away from the neighborhoods, and Melissa didn't want to leave her waiting for a good half hour with nothing to do except check her phone on the swings. On the other hand, she couldn't just show up to the meetup completely naked! Whatever she did, she had to make a decision quickly.
