Meet the Cast

The Students

Megan Marshall (Played by Sydney Sweeney)- Megan is the 19 year old daughter of a farm supply distributor. She's a tough, trash talking bombshell who's gotten in repeated trouble for smoking, drinking and other petty crimes. She's got a temper and does not tolerate insults!

Carmen Masters (played by Alexandra Shipp)- Carmen's family are traditional immigrants with old money. They've been shocked and horrified how their daughter is completely American in the worst ways- talking back, obsessed with her phone, and wearing inappropriate, revealing clothes. So they sent Carmen to Perkly's hoping to make their daughter more refined...

April Swanson (played by Hailee Steinfeld)- April's parents run a successful tech startup. Their daughter inherited their brains and technical wizardry, but has none of their reserved manners. April has already gotten busted for hacking multiple times. After changing everyone in her high school's grade's to A's, she was sent to Perkly's to try to curtail her reckless behavior. April is smart and mischievous, a lover of elaborate pranks.

The Staff

Diana Newman (Played by Krysten Ritter)- Diana is the P.E. teacher of the school. The tall, lean girl was a former basketball prodigy. She rather detests teaching and often makes the girls run laps so she can sneak off and vape.

Kira Reynolds- (Played by Dakota Johnson)- Kira is the newest teacher at Perkly's. She's shy, nervous, and very easily intimidated by the students.

Lisa Nolan (Played by Keira Knightley)- Lisa is a British teacher who's famously strict and serious. She's hoping to work her way up to administrator and the six figure salary there, and is determined to make her students model citizens to do so.
