Luthor gave the scotsman a nod of his head as he kept his eyes one the main screen showing a topless Supergirl. "Remind me to give Luminus a bonus for this. The subliminal messaging combined with his light filter worked better than projected at corrupting the Kryptonian." Luthor mused.

"What! Thats not fair!" Klarion said shrilly.

Luthor sighed at the yelp from Klarion the witch boy. The eternal teenagers of course had to be an annoying shit. He looked over his shoulder to the magic user and slowly nodded his head, "You are absolutely correct. It... is... not... fair. For them." Lex pointed to the rest of the team. "You had the same length of time to develop and produce on your plan as everyone else. However unlike anyone else you got outside help. I gave you Cheetah to test your idea on. You got the unfair advantage."

"But I got results first!" The teenager was indignant.

"Yes. You managed to influence 'The Red' enough that both Cheetah and Vixen went up two cups sizes." Lex golf clapped. "Bravo."

He looked back to the main monitor and tilted his head at the nearly naked Supergirl. "This was the goal. What you did? That was not the goal, was it? The goal was to orchestrate the public humiliation and moral degradation of superheroines. Two cup sizes is not the out of control animalistic rutting that you had planned, is it?"

Klarion hissed and seethed but did little else as he stomped over to his chair in a huff and collapsed down into it.

"Sides, I'd rather have Lobo's bonus." Captain Boomerang chuckled.

The Toyman leaned over to Boomerang and asked, "Lobo's getting a bonus? I thought he was only getting paid to make a ruckus and get her attention."
