Maya gets conditioned

After a few hours, Maya opened her eyes. The bus had stopped, and the guys were asleep. She was initially worried about the fact that there were no women on the train, but she figured it was fine and there was nothing to worry about, so she fell asleep still hanging as a hammock.

Roman, meanwhile, made sure Maya was asleep, then pulled out some headphones and put them on Maya's head. Softly, of course, as not to wake her.

"It won't work," Gus said.

"Dude, I'm telling you, the subliminals are playing through her head right now," Roman answered. "By tomorrow, she'll fully be our hammock forever, with no memory of being a human."

"You're crazy," Gus said, before going back to sleep.

Little did he know that Roman was right, and playing right now through Maya's head were subliminal messages.

You are no longer human. You are a hammock. You are furniture, made to be used, then put away. Why else would you be here, bound, if you weren't a hammock?

When morning rolled around...
