Maria Rambeau (MCU)

Portrayed by Lashana Lynch; Maria Rambeau is the founder of S.W.O.R.D, former United States Air Force pilot, Carol Danvers best friend, and the mother to Monica Rambeau. Not much is known about Maria's background other than she is single mother and enlisted in the air-force during the 80s. But, Maria finds her legacy in future, having helped stopped the Skrull-Kree War, Maria would become the director of S.W.O.R.D up until her death in 2020 due to cancer.
