You are a male living in the Kingdom of Shria. The town that you have lived in your entire life is the small town of Cosvil that is located on the coast of Ventree Lake. In the town of Cosvil the population is roughly 35 people, mostly poor low class citizens call the town their home. The people that call Cosvil their home make their life up of farming and some of the residents of the town fish the lake for what fish call the lake their home. They sell what they catch or harvest in the town square to whoever passes through the town. A couple of the merchants take some of the goods that they purchase from the farmers and fishermen to neighboring towns try to sell them.

Your name is Glen and you are 18 years old as of couple of months ago. You have lived in the town of Cosvil your whole life helping your mother and your father on their small farm and in the town square helping them sell what is harvested from the fields. By no means was your family well off, you and your mother and father make enough to get by and pretty much nothing else extra. Your father told you that once you turned of age that you would need to figure out if you wanted to stay on the farm and help them further or if you would like to go out and try to either become an adventurer or find some other way to make a living.

It is right after the summer solstice when you wake up early one morning to the sun poking through the small window in your room right into your face. You squint your eyes as you slowly sit up in your bed. After you sit in your bed for a few minutes you throw the covers off of yourself and swing your legs off the side of your tiny bed and stand up. You are wearing a light pair of pants and no shirt when you get up.

You stand five feet nice inches tall and weigh one hundred and fifty pounds. Having worked the farm with your family your entire life you are fairly toned but not super muscular. You also have short grayish white hair even though you are only eighteen years of age, with bright green eyes.

Today is the day that you need to go to the closest guild location to get your status plate and see what your skills and stats are, so that you can decide what you would like to do with your life.

The closest adventurer guild is a five day journey to the west in the seaside city of Froi.
