Making Stuff!

Back in Aresque they head to Goma's shop and Goma grabs the alchemical ingredients and examines them. After a few minutes she nods, "Okay! Goma can make good things! Can make another mind healy potion! Can make 1 explodey ball or 1 fiery explodey ball or 4 healy juice or 4 mind healy juice or 1 strong time juice or 2 plague juice or 3 plague healing juice or 2 fun time gas balls!" she reminds them, "can see if explodey ball or fun time gas balls can be put in... Gree Nad Lawn Chair" she says trying to figure out how to pronounce the unfamiliar word.

"Mind healy juice might be a good idea..." Yulia says then hesitates, "I mean... Mana potions..." she chuckles, "ah... Goma you're rubbing off on me," she says shaking her head and Goma smiles at her. Afterwards they head to Martin and present all the materials they got to him and watch as his eyes widen in amazement.

"Wow..." he says in awe and then sniffs, seemingly on the verge of crying, "It's... so beautiful..." he says and picks up the Solanium, "Oh my I know what this is!" he says and then blinks and grabs the Nethicite as well," oh my god! I have been talking to the smiths here and they told me about these, I didn't think I'd see them," he says and then looks to Yulia, "Please... Please tell me you want me to make something with these? I will literally do whatever you want if you will let me work with these!" he says practically begging, "I haven't worked with them before, but I'm pretty sure I can do it, please let me!" he pleads.

Yulia reaches a hand out and pats his head, "don't worry, you're the only smith for us, we'll be back with some work for you with these materials," she assures him and he smiles and then grabs her wrist and brings her hand down to kiss it.

"Thank you!" he says. Yulia giggles and then they leave and head to check out the rest of Aresque.

They head to the Cathedral first and inside they find a large space, at the front of the cathedral there are three statues depicting Liloth, cora and Malifax. In front of the statues is a pulpit. Standing at the pulpit, reading through a text of some kind is a Drow woman. Her face is obscured beneath a helmet made of bone, seemingly the reinforced skull of some creature, but other than that she's wearing a simple black leather cape and a fur suit that covers her large breasts and down to her crotch, but leaves the valley of her breasts, her stomach and her legs and arms uncovered. Yulia identifies the skull as probably being from the creature they heard about called a Deep Sniper, noting that it shares similarities with lizard skulls she'd studied before on her world, quickly adding that she did so as part of biology lessons important to her medical training and not merely as some macabre hobby.

The woman hears this and glances up, "Ah guests... and outsiders too. The Chosen in fact," she says, her voice echoes from inside the helmet, giving it an imposing otherworldly feel, "I am Melina... Priestess of..." she hesitates, "Liloth technically, but don't get the wrong idea... I see that you're marked and wish to assure you, despite our continued worship of Liloth and her teachings we do not follow The Tower Below and hold no animosity towards you" she clarifies quickly, "if you wish to join me in prayer, I would be happy to give you the Deep's Blessing, it might assist you in your travels through our dark little world," she offers.

The group declines for the moment and head to the theatre. Inside the Theatre they see a number of seats and a stage. On the stage a play appears to be being performed, or practiced. Instead of actors, however there are two puppets, hanging by strings. Actors off stage speak lines in place of the puppets as the puppets move and act, controlled by an unseen puppeteer above the stage. The story seems to be a recounting of two Drow explorers, a man and a woman who went to explore some of the deepest and most dangerous parts of the Deep. With no greater context, it's unclear if this is fiction or a true event being recounted. There is no sign of Alide though and so for the moment, the group leaves.

"Alright... I guess we head to the... strip club?" Yulia suggests seemingly a little embarrassed at the concept and Cherchiel also seems a bit nervous about the idea, but Goma seems excited.

"Pretty Dancing Dark Ears!" she says and begins to run eagerly towards the strip club. Yulia and Cherchiel follow her.

Arriving at the strip club, they enter and hear music playing. There's a stage at one end with a stripper pole on it and a half naked drow woman, wearing only a pair of black nipple pasties and a thong dances around the pole to the cheers from, a surprisingly mostly dwarf, audience. Yulia and Cherchiel look around for any sign of Alide, while Goma watches the dancer with an awed look on her face.

"Goma wish Goma was graceful like dark ear..." she says wistfully and suddenly from beside them a voice speaks.

"I'm sure Goma could be graceful and sexy if she really tried," the voice says and the group turns to see Alide, wearing an even sluttier outfit than usual, a simple silk brassiere and a hanging loincloth, standing beside them, she's holding a tray with some drinks on it and she smiles at their shock, "Hello, I'm a humble serving girl, would you like something to drink?" she offers them from the tray.
