Make some rules

Alex's mind is on fire thinking of ways to bimbofy people, he thinks for a minute and finally decides on his first rule.

*Old Rule: Whenever a person turns 18 they are forced to take a mandatory testosterone test to determine whether or not they should be turned into a bimbo, if the person scores below a 50 they are then turned into a bimbo.*

*Old Rule: All coffee shops are replaced with strip clubs.*

After he finished writing Alex looked up from his notebook and noticed a few changes, first off the coffee shop he was in turned into a strip club with a decent amount of people in it, he also noted that all of the workers were in fact bimbos with clothing that barely covered anything. Alex couldn't believe what he was seeing his deepest desires coming true and he was only getting started.
