Make it fantasy

The idea of making the real world full of **** is great. But wouldn't a fantasy world be even better?

• In addition to humans, the following sapient species live on Earth: elves, orcs, neko, kitsune, mermaids, genies, fairies, and angels.
• Gunpowder, electricity, and any engines are unknown. Clockwork mechanisms are common. Magical sciences exist, and allow for level of medicine, architecture, textile and transportation comparable to the technology of the 21st century.
• Architectural styles are similar to those of the 19th century.
• Fashion, especially female fashion, contains combined elements from the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries.
• The most common form of government is constitutional monarchy.

With the fantasy part mostly done, back to a couple more general changes.

• For sapient creatures, the immune systems are always strong, chronic illness does not exist, and no woman has an appearance that would make her be universally considered ugly.

(Completely eliminating disease, or making all women beautiful, would change society too much.)

• All women are very ticklish, and men are never ticklish.
• Women never suffocate or vomit from deepthroats, but still gag and ****.
• All female clothing, including armor and work uniforms, is sexy and revealing. This rule doesn’t change the way women feel about their exposed bodies or other people looking at their exposed bodies, compared to a state without this rule.

(If they would be ashamed of those clothes without the rule, they are still ashamed (and are aroused by that shame, due to the universal fetish). And dressing in sexy clothing might be like wearing heels in our society: most women don't like it, but still do it.)
