Make Some Breakfast

"O my god you weren't lying..." A stunned Dave mumbled as he walked up to the nameless woman. "Can.. Can I?" Dave reached out like he was going to touch her hair.

"Go for it." The woman said as she leaned forward. Dave hesitantly reached out and stroked her hair. "See I don't bite." The woman joked.

"How is this even possible." Dave mumbled as his shaky hand moved down to her wrinkled face. "How..." He patted her cheek and bent down to look her in the eyes." How..."

The woman smiled at Dave. "I already told you I don't know the 'HOW' part of things. That information sadly wasn't included in my library of knowledge..." The woman paused to think. "I guess it's so DPCs can't create more DPCs..."

"What the hell do I do now..." Dave said as he leaned back up. "What do I do with her..." Dave turned and headed to the kitchen. The woman followed him into the kitchen and stood there silently as Dave filled up his coffee pot. "How do I explain this to people..." The coffee pot began to rumble and Dave turned back to the nameless woman and stared at her for a moment. "So what do we do now?"

"I don't know." The woman shrugged. "That's really up to you. I'm just here to provide you companionship..."

Dave let out a sigh. "Fuck..." He shook his head and opened the refrigerator. Dave grabbed a carton of eggs and turned back to the woman. "Do you eat food?" Dave asked.

"I can... But I don't have to..." The woman could see Dave was confused so she continued. "Remember my body tailors itself to its environment. So I could eat food right now, but my body wouldn't really process it like a normal person... Um, at least not at first..."

Dave just stared at her blankly. "Okay... So no eggs for you..." Dave started the stove and went about cooking up a couple eggs to eat. The woman just stood there silently watching Dave cook. Dave finished up cooking his eggs and tossed them onto a plate. After pouring himself a cup of coffee he sat down at the little two person table in his kitchen and began eating his breakfast. The nameless woman just stood there patiently waiting for Dave to finish.

After finishing up his eggs Dave turned to the woman. "So you're like person... But you don't eat..." Dave took a drink of his coffee. "But you do need water... And I need to name you..." Dave let out another sigh. As he looked over the nude nameless woman. "Are you cold?"

The woman rubbed her arm. "Umm no... But I can be if you want me to... Remember I adapt.."

"To your environment." Dave interjected. "Huh..." Dave took another drink of coffee as he thought about everything. "So if I treat you like a human... you will become more human-like?"

The woman nodded yes. "And if you were to treat me like a robot or something... I would become more like that. Over time I will adapt to be whatever type of companion that you need me to be. All you have to do is make sure I stay hydrated."
