“How about these magic beans?” John asked. “What do they do?”

“Oh,” Gwen said scratching her head. “Magic beans are a tricky bit of magic. Plant them and they may grow into any sort of weird plant. Eat one and the magic might change you randomly.”

“I was kind of wondering if they were like jumping bean gag gifts.”

“Oh no everything in here is real magic.”

“Yeah right,” John said, but he still took out his credit card. “How Much?”

“$10,” Gwen said, swiping the card. “If you don’t like them I’ll give you a refund.”
