Madeleine "Maddy" Ferguson was the niece of Sarah Palmer who came to Twin Peaks in 1989 for the funeral of her cousin, Laura Palmer. Despite being older, Maddy looked virtually identical to Laura, and associated with her friends James Hurley and Donna Hayward.
She was portrayed by Sheryl Lee.
