What's next?

MAIN Julie has a family reunion

Day 55

Mr. Hall had let his students go as soon as they finished their finals. Julie was one of the first to finish and decided to head to the office to pick up that letter Mr. Rhodes had promised. Seniors weren't supposed to leave early but Julie decided to text Jake and leave early anyway. The clock on her phone said that it was 1:41. Julie suddenly remembered Jennifer making an appointment with Mr. Rhodes at 2:00 and decided to see how that turned out instead.

She hid near the school entrance for the next 15 minutes, biding her time. The window to Mr. Rhodes cubicle faced out towards the student parking lot and Julie was going to use it to peek in on what was actually going on with Jennifer and Mr. Rhodes. At 1:58 she slipped out the door by the parking lot. There was a covered walkway near the window she wanted to spy into and pillars on the edges of the walkway. They really weren't big enough to hide behind but Julie would be about 25 feet away from his desk from there and the way his office was set up he and whoever he was talking to were rarely focused in her direction.

At 2:00 promptly the guidance counselor sat up straight to greet the student that entered. He suddenly went stiff and his eyes seemed to bulge when Jenny Vinh entered the room. Jenny was the only Asian girl in the school. As a matter of fact, her family was the only Asian family in town. Jenny had 2 brothers and 3 sisters but she was the only one still in high school.

Jenny sat on the edge of his desk. She was on his side of the desk and blocked most of Julie's view as they were talking. Julie watched as Jenny laughed a few times, one leg constantly swaying back and forth as they talked. Jenny definitely seemed to be flirting and Julie wasn't at all surprised when she stood up from the desk and then sank down out of sight right in front of Mr. Rhodes swivel chair. He was now aimed right at Julie but he was soon staring up at the ceiling, oblivious to the world.

Julie looked around her, with finals going on there wasn't even a gym class outside as there often was. She was the only possible spectator for this show. After a few minutes, Jenny stood back up and took Mr. Rhodes by the hands. Julie could see his face again but his eyes were firmly aimed down, somewhere between Jenny's face and chest. Jenny twirled him around so he was facing away from the window and walked him back to the chair and a half. How his completely opened pants stayed on was anyone's guess. Julie watched as he reached the chair, his pants finally fell down and he sank down into the chair with Jenny climbing on top of him. It was then that Julie realized that there was just enough room on the seat for his butt and her legs on either side of him, how convenient.

They were now a little over 10 feet away from Julie's poor hiding spot. Jenny unbuttoned her top and Julie saw that she wasn't wearing a bra, no doubt Jenny was also pantyless. Mr. Rhodes buried his face in her chest and she wrapped her arms around his head. It was at this point that Jenny noticed that they were being watched. Her face was immediately worried and her body must have tensed because the silly man under her stopped his feast of flesh and looked up at her face. Jenny quickly recognized Julie and wrapped her arms around his head even tighter, giving him no opportunity to do anything but tend to her chest. She smiled and lifted her whole body up several inches. She threw her head back and Jenny could barely hear the heated, "yes," as she slide back down.

Jenny now fixed her gaze firmly on Julie, her smile grew even broader as she slowly moved her entire body up and down. Jenny then reached out for the wand in front of her. As she picked up the pace of her bobbing motion she slowly twirled the wand and closed the blinds.

"I really don't need that stupid piece of paper," Julie thought as she took out her phone and headed to where Jake would soon pick her up.

Day 56

Julie set down her pencil and looked up at the clock. Ten minutes left and she had checked her answers on the test twice already, no point in going over it again. Her gaze fell to Ms. Fioli, her favorite teacher in school. She was pretty young, probably not even 30 yet, the perfect age for that hunky math teacher Julie had often fantasized about. She was a pretty tough teacher but had had a special relationship with Julie this semester. Ms. Fioli and Jake's father knew each other and Julie's connection gave the teacher a reason to open up and be not just a teacher but a mentor to Julie.

An alarm sounded and Ms. Fioli looked up at the classroom. "Pencils down, times up," she said as she got up and started to walk the rows of desks, collecting the test sheets and blue books. "Once I collect your test you can go, I hope to see you next week. School isn't over for another week after finals you know." The way that she walked through the room meant that Julie's desk was the last one she arrived at. Looking down at Julie she said, "I can count on you to not skip out on the last week just because you're a senior." Julie just smiled up at her.

As Julie gathered up her things she noticed that Ashley, Hannah, and another girl were now at Ms. Fioli's desk waiting to talk to her. Most of the other students were long gone already and Julie started moving slowly to create an excuse to see what was going on.

As she moved back behind her desk Ms. Fioli said to them, "I won't have your score till Monday so you will just have to wait until then." She turned toward Ashley and added, "If you need to take a makeup test it will be on Thursday."

Julie had stalled enough and was just standing up when Ashley said. "Oh, I'm not worried about that, we just wanted to thank you for being such a great teacher." She was in full Super Happy Ashley mode.

The five were now the only ones left in the room and Julie walked slowly to the door. She heard Ms. Fioli say, "well we do have three more days of class next week, and I have tests to grade." As she reached the door Julie began to smell the sweet scent she had smelled that first time in her mom's bedroom. This caused her to quickly exit and push the door closed behind her.

Julie walked out into the mostly empty hall and opened an unused locker next to the classroom door. Julie peeked in through the small window on the door and tried to see what was going on inside. She wasn't much of a lip reader but it looked like Ms.Fioli was saying something about "needing to go". She then pointed a finger at Ashley and clearly said "out."

Ms. Fioli was clearly getting angry and had been focused entirely on Ashley. It was at this point that she noticed that the other two girls had slid around the desk and were now just inches away from her on either side. The teacher quickly glanced to either side and seemed to say, "what's going on." among other things. The three girls started laughing and this just made Ms. Fioli angrier, she was loud enough to hear through the door now.

"I don't know what you girls are thinking but if you don't get out right now!" Ms. Fioli was again pointing at Ashley, clearly the ringleader. Her face was more confused than angry now and she looked like she might be sick. At that point, Hannah put a hand on Ms. Fioli's hip and nuzzled up close to her breast. The teacher jumped back and turned, the other girl was face to face with her. Just an inch away, she threw her arms around the teacher and kissed her deeply. Ms. Fioli struggled momentarily but stopped resisting quickly.

Suddenly, the bell rang for the end of the final class of the day and the hallway quickly started to fill up. Julie made eye contact with a dazed Ms. Fioli as Ashley and the others led her out from behind her desk and toward the front row of student desks. Julie was torn as to what to do now. She knew that anyone walking by could look in and see the strange ritual that was about to unfold. And she also knew that her teacher was almost certainly lost as she seemed to willingly walk up to a desk and bend over it, grabbing each side with her hands and sticking her ass out. Julie walked right up to the door, getting a slightly better look inside and blocking the view of any students as they gathered items from their lockers and headed home for the day.

The third girl slid Ms. Fioli's business skirt up her thighs while the teacher got a better grip on the desk, readying herself. The student now lifted her skirt exposing her hairless pussy. Something black slid out of her vagina, it looked like it was a part of the girl. It was much larger than anything Julie had seen before from these creatures. It didn't quite look like one of those big strapons she had seen in porn lately. But it was bigger than some men's penises she had seen in videos also.

Ms. Fioli gasped as the pseudo phallus entered her. She began rocking her hips back and forth trying to make the girl behind her go faster. Ms. Fioli now looked back toward Julie as she said aloud to her lover, "faster, harder." Julie couldn't hear her but could easily read her lips.

The girl obliged her and as the hallways began to empty out and quiet down the two began making slapping sounds against each other so loudly that Julie could hear it. They both had looks of total joy as Ms. Fioli reached her peak. The girl stepped back, what was between her legs now was just a stub. Ashley grabbed the teacher's chin and made her look up at Ashley. Ms. Fioli looked at her and said, "I Obey."

Julie took a step back into the now-empty hall. Feeling guilty for shielding the scene before her she couldn't take her eyes off of the form that had until moments ago been her favorite teacher. Ms. Fioli looked back to Julie and locked gazes with her one more time, Julie could clearly read her lips this time as she said, "thank you." Julie fled.

Day 57

It was the last day of finals. Julie nervously inspected every woman she saw that day. From the teachers to the students to the lunch lady. In every one, she looked for some sign that they too had a black slug tucked away inside of them. Many of them winked or halfway flipped up a skirt at her. They knew that she knew and now just seemed to be flaunting it.

Day 58

Julie hadn't seen her mom in weeks now and wanted to see her one last time before running away. Julie knew that a new work week should be starting for her mom so Julie might catch her at the hospital. It was a regional hospital, with 4 floors it looked somewhat impressive but it wasn't anything like the hospitals Julie had seen on TV. Most of the doctors were only there part-time and had practices elsewhere and most of the staff was pretty close-knit.

Julie arrived a few hours after her mother's shift normally began and was greeted by a volunteer in the lobby.

"I'm here to see Barbara Wright, she's my mom, and she is a nurse here," Julie said.

The octogenarian volunteer looked down her glasses at a computer screen as she hunted and picked for the information. "She is on the fourth floor today," she informed Julie.

Julie headed to the elevators but was stopped by an old scraggly-looking security officer before she could hit the up button.

"I heard you are headed to the fourth floor, pretty young thing like yourself might want to stay away from there." He said in a low voice so no one else would hear. He looked like he belonged in a Scooby-Doo episode with unkempt hair and goatee.

"Why is that?" Julie asked, already suspecting the answer.

"Strange stuff going on up there," he said. "A few weeks back a couple of patients claimed that they had been attacked but when we talked to them their stories didn't make any sense. Then nurses started complaining, they said men had tried to **** them, but couldn't describe them. The hospital director agreed to make the fourth-floor female only after the head nurse threatened to quit over it. I can still see what goes on in the halls with the cameras and it don't look right."

Julie could very well imagine why stories didn't add up but the reports of men attacking women sounded a bit off. "What doesn't look right?" Julie asked if not just to know what to look for once she got up there.

"Well, the security staff only has one female on it. And now she is the only one that goes up there. For a few days, she always did her job, checked where she was supposed to check, and kept a sharp eye out for problems as always. But one night she went into the nurse's lounge and didn't come out for hours. After that, I've never seen her doing her job. She just pals around with other nurses and spends all her time on duty hiding out where the cameras can't see." The man looked a bit upset at that last part like she had violated some kind of sacred security guard code.

"And for another thing, it used to be that staff here worked certain floors. But now the fourth-floor supervisor insists that all female personal get rotated to the fourth floor at some point. They have already got all the female docs up there but when almost all the nurses in the hospital are already female what is the point of rotating them too? It's all some conspiracy I say." He said this last bit a little more loudly and with vigor.

"Harold you think everything is a conspiracy," said a pretty redheaded nurse as she walked up and pushed the up button for the elevator.

"But some things are conspiracies." Harold insisted as the elevator dinged and the doors opened.

As Julie and the nurse got in Harold spat out one more warning, "Don't let'em getcha alone," as the doors closed.

"What floor are you going to?" the nurse asked as she hit the 3 button.

"Fourth," Julie answered. As she did she gave the nurse a quick once over, she seemed normal enough.

"Oh now I see why Harold was giving you a hard time," said the nurse as she hit the 4 button. "Every year he has a new conspiracy. Last year it was ghosts on the third floor. The year before that it was aliens landing on the roof. And before that, he said there was a secret government lab in the basement. He has imagination, I'll give him that." She shook her head a bit and laughed. "His heart is in the right place, he does try to be a good security guard and look out for everyone."

The elevator dinged as the doors opened to the third floor. As she stepped out the nurse said, "I hope that whoever you are here to see is doing well." The doors closed and the elevator took Julie to the fourth floor.

Julie had been to the hospital many times with her mother for various reasons. She knew the layout of the hospital fairly well and had a good idea of what to expect. As the doors opened she saw the central nurse's station. Two nurses were there as usual, and Julie recognized one of them. The name on her nametag said 'Roselyn' but as Julie knew all her friends called her Rose. She was old enough to be Julie's grandmother and had worked at the hospital since it first opened many years ago.

In the elevator lobby off to her left was the door to the nurse's lounge. As she stepped out she looked in there worriedly, but it seemed empty. Julie walked through the little lobby area to the nurse's station.

"Rose," Julie said, and Rose swiftly turned to see who had said her name. "Hi, I'm Julie, Julie Wright. My mom Barbara introduced us once."

"Oh, Barbara," Rose sound with a scowl. "Your one of hers huh? I guess you need to go down there." She said motioning behind Julie and to the left, towards the floor's north wing. Julie turned and saw that a gurney was sitting at the beginning of the hallway that was the north wing. The head of it was against one wall and it blocked most of the way. A nurse sat in a chair set against the other wall. Between the nurse and the gurney, there was very little room to pass. The nurse gave Julie a hard look and seemed to find her wanting as she just grunted and began staring straight ahead at the gurney.

"Um, I don't know, what's going on?" Julie asked moving closer to Rose and the other nurse, Julie could now see the name on her tag 'Jo'.

"We've had some trouble lately. At first, they insisted that we have an all female floor and then they blocked off one wing and only let a few 'vetted' people down there. There ain't nothing in this hospital I haven't seen before so if I'm not good enough to go down there it's BS if you ask me." Rose said giving the nurse by the gurney a dirty look.

"Rose...," Jo said with concern, "keep your voice down she can hear you." Jo looked around nervously like she was worried someone would pop out and drag them away at any moment.

"What are they gonna do to me, fire me? I can't imagine anything worse they could do. And I'm not afraid of someone jumping out and pulling me into a room, I'd pop'em. Rose didn't look all that tough but she sounded like a veteran marine, Julie wouldn't have crossed her for anything.

"So my mom is down there?" Julie asked quietly.

"Yeah kid, good luck," Rose said turning back to the chart in her hands.

Julie walked over to the nurse by the gurney. "I'm Julie Wright, Barbara Wright is my mom."

"I know who you are," she said pulling her legs in tight to the chair signaling that Julie could pass.

Julie looked back at the desk. Jo gave her a brave but sad little wave, Rose ignored Julie, as if she would probably never come back.

The first couple of rooms were empty. Of the next set one was empty but the other held one patient, a nurse, and a doctor. The patient was lying in the far bed and seemed perfectly normal. The doctor and nurse were sitting on the bed by the door and were facing the patient. It all might have been perfectly normal if the doctor and the nurse weren't making out and the patient wasn't acting like that wasn't unusual.

The next pair of doors each held two patients. One was reading a book, another tapping away at a laptop, and the other two just stared blankly forward.

As Julie reached the final pair of doors she braced herself, her mom must be in one of these rooms. The one on the left was empty, completely empty, with no beds or equipment or TVs. It was then that Julie realized that she hadn't seen a single TV in any of the rooms. In the room on her right was a desk. It was set at an angle to look at the doorway and the wall headed back in the direction Julie had come.

Sitting at the desk was Julie's mom. "So it is you," she said to Julie with a blank expression.

"Mom what's going on here," Julie said as she stepped into the room. Julie then noticed that the two beds in this room were lined up against the wall with TVs lined up on them, and more TVs were lined up on the floor in front of them. On the TVs, it looked like feeds from all the hospital's security cameras. As she found the one for this wing she noted that due to the angle of the camera aimed at the north wing Julie could see down the hall but couldn't see the gurney or the guarding nurse.

"What do you think," said Barbara, to Julie she sounded more like a trucker than her mom. "You're a smart girl, and you know way more than you should. If it was up to me I'd call the three that you passed a few rooms down to put a Master in you right now." Her voice had a hard edge, Julie had never heard her mother talk like that before, even in the week after she caught Crissy with her in bed.

"But we have to be a happy little family and all have to follow the consensus, so you are safe here, I suppose." the look Barbara have her daughter was hard and unfeeling. And those last two words that had been meant to cause fear actually caused a jolt of heat to burn through Julie.

"I'm leaving, leaving town, maybe leaving the state. I haven't decided yet. And I just wanted to see my mother one last time. Too bad I found you instead." Julie was honestly hurt at the person she had found. Clearly, her mother was gone, perhaps forever.

"Does your sister know?" the body once known as mom said.

"No, I haven't seen her in a while and don't know where she is," Julie answered.

"I see her every few days but don't know where she is hiding out either. Those fools are wasting our time with grand schemes," Barbara stopped her exposition. "But you don't need to know about any of that." She reached into the desk drawer and pulled out a stack of bills with a wrapper around them and threw it on the desk. "This will help, if you use that card she can track you with it. Do your old mother a favor and be a pain in your sister's ass, she deserves it for listening to that fool friend of yours."

Julie picked up the cash, it was a stack of 100 $100 bills. If her mother had given her that she would have hugged the stuffing out of her. As it was she just looked down at the woman before her and said, "ok." Julie turned to go but stopped, with a bit of a quiver in her voice she said, "I won't let them get me, I don't want them to get me."

Barbara laughed a good hardy laugh, "Please, I watched you from the downstairs lobby. When you were in the elevator with that pretty nurse Laurie you were praying for her to jump you. When you peeked into the nurse's station you hoped to see a lonely nurse waiting to seduce her next host. Even walking down the hall you kept looking back at Rose, knowing how disappointed she would be in you if you went into a room and gave yourself to us. You don't fool me, you want this so bad I can smell it from here." It was as if the creature sitting behind the desk could see straight into Julie's soul.

Julie stuffed the cash into her bag and stomped down the hall. When she returned to the nurse's station only Rose was there. "You made it, good for you," she said as Julie got passed the gurney and its guard. "I should probably quit before I find out what is going on around her myself." Rose then said with a sigh. Julie got in the elevator and left the hospital for the final time.
