Who finds the book?

Luz Noceda (her first night on the Isles)

Staring out the window of her new room, Luz smiles at the idea of a whole new world awaiting her. Sure this wasn't a cotton candy fantasy world like Azura. But it was still a world of magic and wonder! How could she not be excited.

As she responds to a text from her mother, not lying as she was going to like it here! She notices a notebook she was fairly certain wasn't there a second ago. Picking it up she opens the first page to see what it might be.

Blinking in surprise, she re-reads it to make sure she read that correctly. A notebook that could alter reality? Well that just confirms that she made the right choice. Standing, Luz holds the notebook up high. She must have a magic destiny that requires her to guard this book.

Tho~ugh... Bringing the book back down Luz thinks aloud. "I should probably test it though. Just to make sure it's in proper condition of course."

Pulling out a pen, Luz fist reminds herself to get a pencil later, and tries to think of what rules to write that she won't want to undo for now. Coming to a realization, Luz quick puts down to new rules.

New Rule: The Luz Noceda writing in this book is the only one who can see this Rulebook for what it is, and is the unquestionable owner of this book. Others will see it as Luz Noceda's journal, filled with non-important chatter.

New Rule: If others find this book, and Luz Noceda is not nearby, they will do everything possible to return it to her, without risking their personal health.

Lifting her pen up, Luz pauses. While these two may work, there is no way to test them without risking the Rulebook. Something she can't risk as its guardian.

Looking back down to the book, Luz ponders if she should risk adding another rule that she can more easily confirm.
