Lurker

Running around from one spot to another, trying to hide as he looked around, was a man dressed in a trench coat and hat, it was hard to tell if he wore much else under the coat though. Dakota and Lucas look to each other then head over to the man as he is looking around a lamp post.

"hey, uh who are you and why are you running around so... creepily?" Lucas asks startling the man

"what!? who!? huh?" the man exclaims looking around then at Dakota and Lucas "You can see me?" he asks muttering about a cheap device "look, you never saw me, I am a member of the international police, code name lurker" he says looking around again before looking back to them "you two must have keen eyes to see me, as a gift take this" he says handing a egg shaped device to Dakota "its a verse recorder... or invisibility device.... or something else... take it, and if you see me again dont talk to me... wait no do talk, that will look less suspicious" he says darting off and turning back to them "keep an eye out for criminals, let me know if you see anything" he says before running down a side alley.

Lucas and Dakota just stand there a bit stunned by this.
