Today is going to be a very busy day for you. First off, today is my birthday. I am just turning 18, but more importantly, I can officially become a Pokémon Trainer. I have been waiting for this day, and I know exactly which of the three starter Pokémon available in the Kanto region you will get. It was around 8 am when I heard my Mom call out to you from downstairs, and I turned my head to listen to what she had said.

"Sweetie, breakfast is ready" you heard your Mom shout. Looking back to the mirror you were looking at, I inhaled and exhaled.

"Showtime," I said turning away from the mirror, leaving my room, and heading downstairs. When I reached the bottom of the stairs, I saw Mom place a plate of pancakes.

"Morning Sweetie, and Happy Birthday!" Mom said as she walked over and hugged me.

Now I have heard the rumors of our home, Pallet Town, that my Mom is a bonified MILF. When I was young, I didn't want to accept that, but now that I am older, I can easily say that my Mom looks very hot for her age.

"Morning Mom, and thanks for making me breakfast," I said hugging her.

"Well, I know today will be a big day for you. So, I made you your favorite pancakes," she said as walked over to the table.

"Your famous chocolate chip pancakes. You spoil me," I said.

"Can't a mother spoil her only son on his 18th birthday?" she sarcastically asked.

"Hey, I'm not complaining," I said as I began to dig into the pancakes. That was when I felt something rub against my leg. Looking down I saw who it was none other than Vivian.

"Eevee!" Vivian cried out.

"Morning Vivian. How are you today?" I asked placing my silverware down and hugging her.

"Vee!" Vivian replied nuzzling into me as I set her down again.

"I'm glad I'm not the only one who is happy to see you," Mom replied placing her plate of pancakes and an Oran berry in front of Vivian.

"I'm happy to see the both of you as well," I said.

"But we won't see you once you leave on your journey," Mom sadly said.

I looked at her and said, "Don't worry, Mom. I promised to call you whenever I get to a Pokémon Center."

"You better, and you better come back here when you are done getting your Pokémon for lunch before you go," she said.

"Sure thing, Mom," I said as we continued to eat. For the next half an hour we finished our breakfast. Once I was finished, I took my plate and placed it in the kitchen sink. I moved to the front door and put on my shoes and backpack.

"I'm heading on out, Mom," I said.

"Don't forget to come back here when you are done with Professor Oak," she said from the kitchen.

"Sure thing. See you later, Mom," I said. With that, I opened the door and headed to Professor Oak's lab.
