Looking around her room

looking around Simon took note of her apartment it was nice and tidy though there where piles of paperwork and other research materials and a computer desktop with quite a large tower in the back of the room.

Simon pulled out a nearby chair and sat down waiting for her to wake up, her words still a jumble in his head did she really mean what she said she loved him? Simon shook those thoughts away no that seemed to be the result of her nerves. As he waited Simon's mind wander to the box, he began to feel a strange pull like something wanted him to open it.

Acting against the better judgment of his job, Simon searched the kitchen for a small knife and proceeded to cut open the box. On the inside of the box was a small cracked stone slab with ancient writing on it, picking it up out of the Simon examined it closer. It was really no bigger than the palm of his hand, and the writing on it look to be either ancient drake or at least something very close to it, but the writing wasn’t saying anything it was more like it was activating an array or something. Why would Sedna have something like this? Magi-science wasn’t her major let alone minor and according to school policy something like this is only allowed in the labs due to their potent proprieties, he really should report it...but he really didn’t anyone to know he was with an **** girl or opened a package he wasn’t suppose to so who was he to talk? Honestly he should just put this away and pretend he never saw it….but for some reason he didn’t want to, something was nagging him on the edge of his mind to keep messing with the slab.
