Even if you’re in good shape, that jump looks too risky. Missing that jump will mean you’re caught for sure. But opening a pit right at the entrance would cut all of the guards off from the rest of the base. That just doesn’t make any sense. There must be a way around it, right?

There! A small hallway on the left wall. It’s painted over to make it blend in with its surroundings. You hurry through it, putting some distance between yourself and the guards. The path quickly turns to the right, running parallel with the obstructed hallway earlier. Good, that means you’re still getting further into the base. You stop just centimeters short of two razor-thin wires spanning from wall to wall, one at neck length and one lined up with your ankles. Another trap. You’re not really eager to see what happens if either of those wires snap. You might be able to fit between them, but one mistake and you’re probably done for. Maybe you should look for an alternative route again, but the footsteps behind you remind you that there’s not much time.
