Lilyann explains it all.

"So..." Lilyann begins "After you got knocked out, Commander Rixx was dubbed the champion of the Games of Nillix. Almost everybody cheered him on. Everybody but myself and Karisi...It was actually quite surprising that Rixx didn't end your life because even though normally he will spare peoples lives, when it comes to the Games of Nillix, he always kills his opponent. I think he knows they are the strongest people in the land, and if he kills them off, he can keep winning." Lilyann takes a breath "Soooo, it's actually pretty rare...pretty crazy that he didn't kill you off, that he just knocked you out to win the battle. I wonder why he did that..." Lilyann ponders.

"Yeah..." you hesitate, wanting to tell Lilyann the truth, but you know better "It's weird he didn't end my life."

"Either way, continuing on..." Lilyann stutters "After you got knocked out, Karisi was extremely worried about your health. She stood by your side for just over 2 days, waiting for you to wake up. To be honest, I believe I saw some tears in her eyes...which is...unlike her." Lilyann continues "But eventually she got called back to Rathkin."

"So she left?" you question

"Well yeah, she has so much business she has to take care of. She couldn't sit around hoping you were going to wake up. So instead, she told me to wait here, take care of you, and if you wake up, bring you back to Rathkin."

"Wow..." you grumble "So Lady Karisi is back in Rathkin?"

"Most likely...unless they took their time getting home." Lilyann begins "But, now since you're awake...we should probably prepare our journey back to Rathkin!"

You just continue to lay there, not showing much emotion at all in regards to Lilyann's suggestion.

"Come on Darien!" Lilyann yelps "You can take many months off now. You were 2nd place in the games. Everybody that watched the games knows of you. Everybody that watched the games wants you. Everybody that watched the games will listen to your word." she continues on "Once we're back in Rathkin, you can do what you want for many months before you have to start to train. You could retire if you wanted, getting 2nd at the Games of Nillix comes with a huge prize purse...although, Karisi took that back with her, saying once you come home you get a cut of it. So come on, cheer up, you're alive, you're a champion of Nillix, you're going to live the rest of your life as a nobleman."
