Like a bimbo

"What, so just..." Derek considered for a moment, then grinned at Jayden. "Like, ohmigod. You must want me to totally act like a super girly girl, right?" he asked, pitching his voice up higher than it now was by default.

Jayden laughed at his friend's act. "Yeah, man. That's perfect. A total bimbo act."

"That's, like, totally mean!" Derek said, barely able to stop himself from laughing. "Bimbos are like, super dumb, right? Are you trying to say I'm dumb?"

"No, no, I'd never!" Jayden said, still chuckling.

"So, like, how do we know if the coin is working?" Derek asked, looking at the thing that she still held in her hand.

"I guess we just have to see if you change at all."

"Won't that be kinda tough if I'm putting on the act to try and see if I change?"

"Maybe..." Jayden said. "Maybe it'll be more overt though?"

"More overt?" Derek asked. "Like, what do you mean?" Jayden raised an eyebrow, looking a little concerned until Derek smiled.

"You're too good at that."

"I could, like, totally be an award winning actress."

"Yeah, well, let's do something to pass the time until we know if the coin is working."
