Watch TV until there's an interruption

The two sat down to watch TV, making the occasional comment to each other with Derek maintaining character. About 2 hours passed before Jayden's phone rang. Once he finished the call, he groaned. "That was my mom, she needs me to run out and grab some stuff for dinner tonight."

"Bummer," Derek said.

"Wanna come? Could be a good test and might make the coin work faster."

"Uh, I'm good."

"Okay, you can stay here and watch some more TV. I'll be back in an hour or so." Jayden put his shoes on and left, leaving Derek on her own. She looked at the TV, the show they had been watching was okay, but...

She flicked through the channels, settling on some reality show that seemed interesting. The girls were all wearing such pretty clothes, and the guys were all totally hot! She watched for about 20 minutes before she had to go to the bathroom.

She went and did her business, then checked herself in the mirror. She swept her long light brown hair back and then squinted at it. Had it always been that light? Or that long? That seemed... off. And had she been wearing that dress all day? Sure, she looked amazing in it, but it was a little scandalous, right? Like, she was just hanging out with Jayden, which...

Hmm, why was she hanging out with him? She was, like, totally dressed to go out. So she should. She made her way back to the living room, grabbed her shoes and pulled them on. Three inch heels that she had no issue walking in. It was a little early, but some club would def be open. She also grabbed her purse.

She left, making sure to lock the door behind her, and started down the street and heading in the direction of downtown. She made it to an intersection where a car pulled up next to her. "Looking good, babe!" the guy driving said. He was a little older, well muscled. She smiled at him.

"Thanks!"

"Where you headed?"

"I was gonna go clubbing."

"My friends and I are having a little party. You could come to that instead."
