Life of a receptionist
Friday afternoon:
Heidi taps her pen on the side of her head; the reception desk, like most of the time, is quiet, the reception, quiet, her brain, quiet. So of course, may as well take advantage of getting paid to sit around, and do some studying and some more work. She flips through the PDF version of her textbook, having downloaded it onto her tablet, she takes some notes, reading carefully. She’s still reeling from the other day, in his bed… With Vi watching, or listening. She shivers.
Friday night:
She slings her gym bag over her shoulder, stepping into what quickly became the busiest local gym. Heidi is not that surprised that was the case. Most of the students were slumming it in their dorm building gyms. The shaggy-haired brunette man at the entrance desk gives her a smile, “Good to see you again, Heidi. Looking strong as usual.”
She gives him a smile back, polite, “Thanks…”
“Logan.” He smiles.
Friday afternoon… a week later:
She drops her face into her palms, absolutely bored out of her mind. She watches the newest ice hockey romance show on her phone, a single earbud in. Still too scared to put both in, just in case her manager comes… Not that it has ever happened. She looks up at the sound of her name; Vi and Erik both wave as they walk out of the front doors.
Erik is fun… but she’ll never have him. She stares at the couple, hand in hand. The burning loneliness of her jealousy threatens to tear her heart at the seams. Their arrangement is so fun, and she’s more than happy to be included. But every time she thinks that she needs to protect herself, she ends up at his place, naked in his place again.
She sighs wistfully.
Friday night, another week having gone by:
Brushing her hair out of her face, she leans on the barbell. Having grabbed her phone from the ground, she scrolls mindlessly through her socials, as always, pausing on Vi, posing, with Erik. They look… perfect for each other.
“Hey Heidi.”
She turns and smiles, “Oh.. Hey Logan.”
“Ah, I’m honoured, you remembered my name this time.” He teases, approaching her and crossing his sculpted arms.
“Ahaaa.” Heidi looks at him, really seeing him this time, “Sorry about that, I definitely know your name hahaha”
She blushes as she giggles.
“You have such a cute laugh.” Logan says, leaning on the squat rack currently holding her barbell.
“Oh, uhm, thank you.. I really like your hair. It’s cute.”
Heidi shifts, a type of attention she hasn’t felt for a while…
Their eyes meet, a small spark.
Saturday night:
“Oh fuck! Fuck! Yes! Your fucking cock is so fucking good!”
Erik’s hands grab at her ass, the car rocking around them, being at that gig had been an hour of just fucking foreplay. Grinding on each other, and touching each other, it was driving her absolutely wild, she had turned, touching his chest, his face, staring into his stupid charming eyes… It tore her apart to not be able to kiss him there, they can do everything… As they are now….
“Aaaah!” She moans, Erik pulling at her hair as his hand sinks into her ass, pulling her abdomen against his own, “That’s it Heidi, fucking grind on it.”
But they just can’t kiss.
She had turned around, pushing her ass back into his hard crotch, desperate to feel him there.
She leans forward, clenching her eyes shut, she leans into the top of his head, looking out the back of Erik’s car, their sweat joining together. Their breathing fogging up up the car window with each minute that passes by. Her legs tighten as she squeezes herself around him, panting hard.
She loves it, she loves doing this, she loves having this sex with Erik. Going to a gig is almost like a date, but it’s not.
Erik pulls out, as he always does, she eagerly goes down to take him into her mouth, finishing him off with her oral skills, feeling her pussy flutter as he groans above her, swallowing all of him.
She looks out the passenger side window, Erik talking about the gig, she watches the trees and bushes whizz past.
Maybe it’s time to say goodbye to Erik, it can’t be like this forever.
Her phone buzzes beneath her leg, she pulls it up to her face.
Maybe… I focus on myself…
Erik glances across, seeing Heidi smile at her phone.
