Lewiston Here We Come

That night we pack the car and leave for Lewiston, one thought that is on my mind is how long can we go without feeding. I really don't want to leave a trail of corpses or fledgling vampires behind for these hunters to follow.

Also should Lewiston be a permanent home for us or should we become more nomadic. Unlike the feral vampires we're leaving behind we need to think of the future.

I'm hoping there are enough vampires left in Kingston too keep these hunters busy for awhile. Brad has the local radio stations on and all three of us are listening for any news out of Kingston. The news is still going with the story that these are animal attacks nothing more.

One thing that is encouraging is there is nothing about the blood banks being hit. We know this has happened but the outside world doesn't. Brad says that could just be a cover up though and that authorities in Lewiston have been alerted their just not saying anything about it. Brad says." We should scope out the blood banks in Lewiston, hit those for supplies and then move on, do our best not to feed off of anyone. And if we do have to feed do our best to conceal the bodies."

Rachel says we still should consider going back to Kingston and wiping the hunters out. Look, I get it I do. She may have lost her sister and her mother to these hunters but we can't let emotion dictate our actions right now.

Three of us are thinking long term and one of us is thinking live for today.

I hope I'm just being paranoid, but I'm beginning to think Rachel might become a liability. I'm also already beginning to think up plans on what to do about it if and when that does become an issue.
