The girls start the fight by tossing an EMP at Gigas as Yulia casts undermine on him, the blast immediately takes out one of the predators and seems to stun Gigas for a time. While he's stunned they open fire on the predators and the cameras. The remaining two predators fire back with stun weaponry as they try to get in close, dodging around the plasma fire due to their enhanced agility. Their stun weaponry misses Yulia thanks to the Cloak and is dispersed with no effect by the tech suits on Lri and Maple. The predators reach the girls, but not unscathed, plasma bolts having damaged them quite a bit on the way, their ability to dodge not perfect especially with three people firing. One Predator is immediately taken out at close range the other manages to strike at Maple, but his attack has no effect on her armor and he's blasted for his troubles.

By now though Gigas has recovered and his first action is to raise his club and it begins to immediately emit some sort of sickly green gas that quickly spreads through the area. However, the tech helmets seem to easily filter whatever the gas is. Unfortunately the fishbowl has no such filtering ability and Yulia begins coughing as she can't resist breathing it in. She collapses to her knees, clutching at her throat as she continues to cough violently.

With yulia out of commission for the moment Maple and Lri take action. Another grenade is tossed and while this time he avoids being fully stunned by it, the blast still seems to damage him, making his movements twitchy and innaccurate as he alters his club and fires a sticky goo at Maple. It hits and she begins to panic as smoke begins to rise from her, "it's eating through my armor and suit!" she yells out. Lri glances over at Maple and then back to Gigas and takes a shot striking him in the eye. With his main camera destroyed Gigas's next shot aimed at Lri misses badly. He's clearly blind though in fact like all Directive controlled robots he would have been able to see through the cameras still if they were not destroyed.

Blinded he begins to lash out wildly, swinging his club and lashing around him as he rushes forward. Maple still trying to gt the acid off of her is struck and knocked back against a wall, collapsing to the ground with a pained groan, her armor cracked from the impact of the club. Lri easily dodges the manic swings and staying close as she dodges around him, she peppers him with more shots from the rifle that damage him severely, it takes a bit, but eventually his swings stop and he collapses to the ground. The damage enough to down him.

Yulia is on the ground and she's shaking violently, Lri grabs her as Maple weakly gets back up and assists in carrying Yulia away, "we retreat to the terminal... They won't be able to get us there," Maple says and the two arrive back at the Engineering Terminal and enter the train placing Yulia down. Yulia is clearly stricken with something, still spasming and coughing.

"I'm no doctor, but it seems like something virulent. I think Gigas hit her with some sort of disease that' affecting her respiratory system and motor functions. Do we have any sort of cure effect?" Maple asks. Lri looks uncertain,

"I know she can cast cure, but probably not in this state," Lri answers. Neither of them aware that Yulia's faithlessness would make her unable to be affected by Cure anyway.

"If we can't use magic to heal her, then we need to get her some medicine. There'd likely be some at the megastore, but... I don't know if that's a good idea," Maple says uneasily. Her armor and suit are badly damaged, but still mostly functional.

"We can't just leave her behind can we?" Lri asks nervously.

"Carrying with her would make her a liability..." Maple suggests.

"But if we leave her here will we even have the voices to help us and... Who knows what Dreg would do to her if we left her alone in the train in her current state," Lri adds.

"I'm sure the tower must have some kind of system to deal with the chosen being stuck..." Maple suggests.

"It does. If Yulia is out of commission, but not dead and rescue is possible, the voices can be temporarily remanded to one of her companions, alternatively, I could heal her right now," Dreg announces over the speaker system.

"At a cost I'm sure..." Lri states.

"Of course..." Dreg responds.
