“And what would this suggestion be?” you ask and put your hand seductive on his chest, “what could a girl like me do for a guy like you to earn his forgiveness.”

“Oh, that’s easy,” Martin says smiling and gently lifts your head, “I could just take a small break and we go over to the ice cream parlor. And then we see how things go. Let me invite you and everything is forgiven.”

“I like ice cream and getting invited to something,” you respond, “I would say we have a deal.”

Martin smiles and heads over to his brother to tell him he takes a short break. Together you walk to the ice cream parlor. It is a nice café with some tables outside in the second floor of the mall. You both sit down and Martin orders two sundaes with strawberries and syrup. A little childish, but you like it.

“Well, how about you tell me something about you,” Martin proposes, “why did you decided to move to this town?”

“Well, my father was once a patient of my mother,” you explain, “she left him when I was a baby because she couldn’t accept what he worked. Now she … can’t take care of me anymore. And my father decided I should live with him for now.”

“I see,” Martin answers, “well, I hope you will enjoy it. And how was life in your old home? Do you have a lot of friends there or is there a boyfriend waiting for your return?”

“Why boyfriend?” you ask naughty, “maybe I’m interested in girls. But no, I’m not in a relationship right now. Nobody will break your jaw because you flirt with me.”

“Good to know,” Martin mumbles, “but … don’t take it personally, but you should not make such jokes when you are at the university.”

“Why?” you ask skeptically, “have your classmates a problem with homosexuality?”

“A few maybe, but the problem is more about the boys from the most powerful families,” Martin answers, “when you enter the university, you will soon find out that almost everything is about power, family and status. And since the boys are normally the heirs of the family’s wealth and companies, they are in constant competition with each other. Those who show weakness could jeopardize the influence and alliances of their entire families. So these guys think if they can't nail every girl they meet, the others could think they're unmanly. “But your classmates do realize that we abolished the nobility a few centuries ago, right?” you ask, “and the line of succession was also reformed at some point recently.”

“Not among these people,” Martin mumbles a little sad, “they life in their own world. “Well, that sounds not bad at all,” you agree and finish your ice cream, “I can’t wait to see it. Maybe you can give me a tour on Monday.”

“I would love to,” Martin says happy, “it would be great to see you again.”

“Perfect,” you say smiling, “well, thanks for the ice cream and the warning. But I should better go now.”

“Yes, I better go back to my brother too,” Martin says and nods, “I can’t let him do everything alone. Well, see you around.”

You stand up and leave while Martin pays for the ice cream. This was nice. You got some information and it seems not all guys in this area are perverts, rapists and arrogant assholes. This only took some minutes and you still have plenty of time until Eric comes back. What else do you want to do?
