You walk into a large office. All the furniture is made with beautiful black leather. The man at the desk is surprisingly young with short blonde hair and a reassuring smile.

"Ohh my, aren't you a cute one. I almost didn't believe when i heard there was a female law applicant. It's a very male dominated field, it's great to hear someone breaking concieved roles in society."

His voice is smooth and almost makes you melt. your heart flutters as he continues.

"I'm mayor Mavis. Now a few things I want you to understand. The law is technically not under my management. The Law house is owned and funded by the Oli's."

"Oli's?"

"Oli's are a group of rich business men who first discovered the gold here in New Valley. They fund most of the programs here and are key to advertising our town to the entire west. To that end, as long as you wear that badge, they own you. I don't want to scare you in any way, but i would avoid making them your enemy. Bad things will happen if you do. Do whatever they say and never disobey orders, and you will be fine."
