Lesser Holy Days and Missions...

I now shall speak of my lesser holy days and your missions in my name upon waking... Atarah states and forges ahead.

Firstly, the night of the true full moon is to be held as holy, and all my faithful are to go out under it and dance in the night. This and the two days and nights to ether side are also the time of each month where I deem it meet for women to propose marriage to men rather than the inverse, for the moon, which governs their fertility and is the symbol of their power, is at it's strongest light and potency.

Each week, which will consist of 8 days, 2 days are to be set aside as days of rest, when no work that is not critical to survival is done and sacrifices are made at the shrine or temple. These days are to be Monday, also known as "Moon's Day" And the first time you shall mark that day is the the first night of the true full moon and half way around the week shall be Sunday, which also is a day of rest. The other six days of the week are Star Day, which follows Moon's Day, Planet Day which follow's it, and next Earth Day, Which precedes Sunday. After Sun's Day comes Keishara's Day, in honor of my first martyr on your world, Spring's Day in honor of where she fell next after that, and ending the week shall be Oceanus Day, by the end of which any who have fallen on the seven days preceding it are to be buried in hallowed ground, or they will rise as unhallowed dead.

Each lunar cycle shall consist of 3 of these weeks, such that Moon's Day shall always fall on the full moon, for I had a great hand in so crafting this world and thus made it so. There also are exactly 45 such weeks in the year, and thus the days of the week shall not altar from year to year, for again I had great power over the creation of this world and it's cosmology, and have made it so in the fore knowledge that one would come to in and found a branch of my religion there. Furthermore you shall have 15 months, which shall match both moon and sun in their tracking of time, but their naming I leave to you for you are my Prophet on this world and worthy of the honor. But two injunctions I give you in this naming: One, you shall name none of them for yourself nor any other person or god living or dead, but may borrow the names of any month, place, or event from your previous world, which is named not for person or god: and two, each month's name must be fully unique, if one is called 'October' as it is the eighth month the ninth may not be called 'November', nor the seventh 'September'. Again for an instant you think you see her drink from a cup of gilded quartz but cannot be sure.

One last holy day do I set, though it shall be a rare event: that of a total eclipse. On days when this is to occur or has occurred unmarked fires are to be lit that night and people in that region are to dance naked about them in praise of the eternal victory of light over darkness unless there is war abroad in the land and such would risk life and limb, in which case only the clergy are to so dance while the rest stand guard.

Very Well, then I now set you eight quests that you must perform ere you die, mark them well, for they will establish my religion well...

One, you must return to your body this night with no aid from me other than your fare, for you have gifted your return fare to one most worthy. If you accomplish this you will have your XP debt reset to zero.

Two, when you return you must convert all who remain on your starting ten to my faith, which I have given you the tools to do. Should you accomplish this you will receive 100 extra XP.

Three, you must build a shrine to me on the site of Keishara's ****. Once this is done you will receive 200 XP.

Four, you must implant Keishara's soul into her mother and Shepard it safely through to birth and it's full bonding with the first breath. If you can do this you will receive 400 extra XP.

Five, you must marry at least 8 willing women, and have children with each of them. Do this and you will receive 500 XP.

Six, you must resist the temptation of your daughter's lust for you, until as I have prophesied she knows her own mind and then asks you unbidden, un-prepared, and un-tempted to her bed one final time. Do this and you will receive 600 XP and my blessing upon your union should it occur.

Seven, Ere you die you must have converted one follower to my faith for every day that is in the year, three hundred and sixty, and have a congregation under your care of at least that many as well. If that happens for even 1 week you will receive 800 XP, and ensure the victory of your cause for the next eight years so long as you do not behave rashly or foolishly with this blessing.

Eighth and Last you must raise about my first shrine a mighty temple in my name, on plans that I will have agents bring you in dreams. This may not be begun until your great crisis is past, but when it is completed, in this lifetime or another, so long as the plans are accurately conveyed by you and the first clod of soil dug by your hands in this one, you will receive 8000 XP.

Most of these quests you will not remember until the time is right, but the second through fourth you shall upon waking, and should hasten to fulfill them.
