Lem Rematch

The Halo appears over Yulia's head as she stares down Lem. Lem stares back and after a few seconds Lem speaks, "Are you ready?" he asks.

Yulia blinks and then guiltily nods, "Right yes... You said you'd wait. Thank you," Yulia responds and Lem nods as at the same time Boarchiel suddenly vaults over him and stabs at Yulia who barely manages to dodge to the side and Boarchiel swings the spear catching Yulia in the chest and knocking her on her ass. Yulia grunts, but slams a **** lance into her chest as she pulls the spear back to strike again. She's knocked away and Yulia tries to hurriedly get up, but the other two Mindflayers have rushed in and grab for her. She feels their hands on her and pressure assaulting her mind as they try to control her, but she manages to slip the Illustone out of her pack and the pressure immediately abates and she manages to kick one of the mindflayers away and then casts Mass Undermine hitting Lem, the two mindflayers and the Boarchiel clone. She then hits the one still grabbing her in the face with an icicle, making it squeal and back away. Yulia tries to get distance from the two as Boarchiel rushes her again and gets another **** lance for her trouble as Yulia takes advantage of the distance to cast Blizzard. Lem has just been watching so far, but as the cold settles and the blizzard starts to strike he let's out a psionic screech that hits Yulia, but has no effect and Yulia responds by chucking a grenade at him before starting to try and nail Boarchiel specifically with lightning strikes and Fireballs, "the rest of you can't touch me while I have the Illustone! If I can take out Boarchiel I win!" Yulia yells. Boarchiel tanks the magic and tries to close the distance.

Yulia continues to pelt her while backing away, the **** lances and icicles make her stagger, the lightning strikes make her stop momentarily, but the fireballs do nothing.

"Go down already! Damn it, Cherchiel! Why do you have to be so resilient?!" Yulia yells.

"Sorry!" Cherchiel yells back from behind the barrier.

Yulia remains focused on bringing down Boarchiel and gasps as she suddenly feels herself grabbed from behind, looking back to see Lem, damaged and bleeding from the grenade behind her. "My psionic abilities might not work against you while you have that stone of creation, but I can still hold you in place for her," he hisses and Yulia gasps as Boarchiel reaches her and slams her fist into Yulia's gut. Yulia coughs and slumps slightly in Lem's grip. Lem continues to hold her as Boarchiel grabs her head and lifts it, rearing back for another punch. Yulia bites her lip and takes a **** gamble.

"If the tower specifically made her to be the same as Cherchiel being controlled then..." Yulia mutters and tosses the Illustone. The moment it leaves her hand she feels voices assaulting her mind at Lem's touch, but at the same time the Illustone hits Boarchiel in the chest and she freezes before suddenly tearing Yulia from Lem's grasp and slamming her fist into his face. Lem crashes to the ground and Yulia scrambles to grab the Illustone again, grabbing it. Lem is injured from the punch, but quickly responds with an **** on Boarchiel's mind again, trying to regain control.

"It's over!" Yulia declares touching the Illustone to Boarchiel's back and Boarchiel roars and reaches down grabbing Lem and lifting him before starting to punch him repeatedly in the face and chest until there's little left of either.

Lem's body vanishes, the other Mindflayer's basically already downed by the blizzard vanish and Boarchiel vanishes. Yulia pockets the Illustone and raises a hand victoriously, though she wobbles a little on her feet, "Who's next!?" she yells, mercifully feeling her body healing again.

Out of the ground suddenly burst a number of large tentacles and Yulia tenses, "Oh... Right," she says as the Kraken's tentacles surround her.

"Wait I have to fight the surface version? Not underwater?" she asks looking around at the tentacles and then gasps as the floor beneath her suddenly gives way, losing solidity and she plunges into water, the Kraken before her, it's aphrodisiac slime slowly suffusing the water as Yulia hisses, "alright that's more what I expected, let's do this quickly..." she says and then hesitates, "No Lightning!" she adds.
