Leaving the beach behind

As the dawn breaks, your whole group stirs. The last embers of the fire are fading, and the waves of the ocean provide a gentle song to wake to. You find yourself cuddled between Hayley and Helja, with Naia curled up on top of you. As everyone wakes, the raptor girl clings to you. “Nooo…I’m tired! More sleep!”

You chuckle, gently kissing her forehead. “Everyone is getting dressed, Naia. We need to head home.”

She shakes her head, even as you sit up with her. “Fine, carry me, then!”

Aisha laughs. “No way, sis! You have to walk like the rest of us.”

Naia pouts, grumpily moving to get dressed. You look around, getting one more eyeful of half-dressed monster girls before putting on your own clothes. Everyone seems a little sluggish this morning, but Hayley laughs when she sees you look around. “Didn’t get enough last night, Greg?”

You wink. “You know I can never get enough! Besides, I’d be crazy to pass up these views.”

Everyone laughs, and there’s a lot of teasing as everyone finishes dressing and packing up. Finally, though, it’s time to go. Before you head out, Helja smiles and asks, “So, what did you think, Greg?”

She asks it offhandedly, but you can see she’s hoping you’re happy. With a smile, you lean down to kiss the blonde dwarf. “This was wonderful. Thank you for bringing us here!”

Helja beams, practically skipping as she leads the group away from the beach. You smile at her happiness, and Marin chuckles beside you. “You smooth devil, Helja is practically floating! You know, all she cares about outside of work anymore is making you happy. She is completely head over heels for you, it’s incredible.”

You smile. “Well, she’s definitely making me happy.”

You look to the tiger girl beside you, and nod. “Honestly, all of you do.”

Marin laughs. “Don’t get all sappy on me, Greg! Wait until we can go somewhere private for that…”

You look at her in surprise, and she winks, before walking over to have a conversation with Aisha. You wonder what that meant, but decide not to think too hard about it as Naia bounces over to take your hand with a grin, walking beside you.

It’s obvious that the relationships are deepening, not just between you and the girls, but between each other as well. Everyone is in great spirits as you begin the short walk back to the dwarven city.
