Raids decreased, Drukhari were cloning Drukhari for cannibalistic ****, and secret orders of Drukhari Slayers were growing thanks to these special swords. While in all this pain, and Slaanesh about to die, She who Thirsts decided to unleash her plan for the Aeldari before passing, creating a formless race of purple fire living in eternal extremes of each emotion and experience, barely able to utter a word, burning everything for greater sensations and growth as they take on perverse forms, both internally and externally.

Even with Slaanesh dead, her legacy lived on as Commorragh burned itself, butchered itself, or was part of those trying to keep the status quo in their sanctuaries. Without Slaanesh, one would think there wouldn't be a need for the Drukhari Slayers, but Yvraine birthed Ynnead in an unintended way, at an unplanned time. Thus, Slaanesh's daemons remain, now free, and her Neo Aeldari are acting like conduits, keeping Slaanesh's laws in play, forcing the Drukhari to go cause pain, lest they hide out in a galaxy and meet one of their many enemies without protection. What's more, Jaghatai was free, completing his secondary objective of taking the Dark Throne's parts to heal the Emperor and his throne. Also, even without the Neo Aeldari around, without Slaanesh, they are getting a lot of power from the pain they inflict, now that there isn't someone sitting on Slaanesh's throne to collect and direct all the energy awarded by actions that would usually feed Slaanesh.

Things weren't okay, and they weren't going well. But that's why Ronald arrived, firstly, because he wanted to watch the show, secondly, because he wanted to get some sexy ladies before Commorragh either stabilised or is **** to break up their city into smaller enclaves around the Webway.
