Leanne shook her head as though trying to remove a persistent thought. Fear had got the better of her and with a turn she was gone. Heading towards the door and running down the steps to the safety of the outside world.
Never again would she step foot in Rosefield Manor. A few years later she read some things in the local paper about strange goings on but she'd never talk about it herself. She sometimes wondered what would've happened if she'd stayed. But now she was safe and would never have to suffer that kind of fear ever again.
