Leanne goes for him

Aaron decided it would be best to plan his next move after a glass of scotch. As he waited for his drink, a woman he recognised from the diner. She hadn't been with the bridesmaids, but Aaron figured she was just an extended family member of some sort. Not that he cared about any of that. He cared more about her slender figure that was flaunted by her tight turtleneck and figure-hugging jeans.

"Hey there." She said.

"Uh. Hello. I don't believe I've had the pleasure of an introduction."

"Leanne. And the pleasure is all mine."

He smiled. "Aaron."

The two shook hands. "Can I get you a drink?"

"Gin, if you don't mind."

Right on cue, the bartender arrived with Aaron's scotch, so he ordered Leanne's drink.

"So, how do you fit into all this?" She asked.

"I'm Daniel's boss."

"Ahh... That's why I haven't met you before."

"Are you a part of the family?"

"You could say. I was married to Kyall."

"His loss."

A smile formed on Leanne's face. "Yeah... Somehow not the worst marriage I've been a part of."

"And who would that be?"

"Brian Winters."

"Brian Winters? Of Winters Holdings?"

"Yeah."

"You know what my friends say about him?"

"That he fucks his secretary too often?"

Aaron chuckled. "I was gonna say that he couldn't find tits in a whorehouse, but I guess you've proven me wrong."

"Ugh. Yeah. He still thinks I don't know."

"So what are you going to do about it?"

"Truth be told, I'm still thinking about what I might do."

"Well, if you ever want to talk about it in private, you're more than welcome to join me in my suite."

Leanne let out another chuckle, knowing full well what Aaron was offering. It was exactly what she hoped would happen when she sat next to Aaron.
