Lauren's first day at the gym.

A few days later Lauren arrived at the gym. She brought no gym bag, just a water bottle. She arrived in her gym clothes, and didn't plan on showering here, to avoid any potential embarrassment.

She walked up to the counter.

"Hey, I'm Lauren Adkins." She said to the employee at the counter. "I'm here for the spouse deal?"

"Lauren?" A loud voice called.

Lauren turned to see Rachel, and her eyes narrowed. This was the bitch that was clearly all over her husband, the skank!

"It's great to see you Lauren!" Rachel said, her voice pouring with false sweetness. "I'll be your personal trainer for the next month!"

"Wait, you're the free personal trainer!?" Lauren asked.

"Yeah, I asked specifically to do it." Rachel said. "David is always talking about you, I thought it would be great to spend some time together!"

"Uh, well..."

Lauren didn't agree to this knowing that her husband's flirty, gym rat friend would be training her! Suddenly she wanted very badly to leave, but how strange would that be? To show up at the gym and run away? She felt social pressure, as well as the fact she'd told her husband she'd be here.

"Come on, don't be nervous!" Rachel said as she took Lauren by the arm and leading her into the gym. "It'll be fun!"
