Last Chance

Yulia listens to the voices and then gently shakes Cherchiel awake. Cherchiel wakes and gives Yulia a big smile upon seeing her. "Good morning, Mistress," she greets her and Yulia seems to hesitate for a moment before returning the greeting cheerfully. Cherchiel stands as Yulia places her mask back on and then looks towards the direction of their goal.

"So, it seems we're going to deal with The One True God... Any last suggestions?" Yulia asks.

"Let me have some alone time with your angel and I'll give you some," Dreg responds and Yulia glares at him.

"Not from you," she responds and then turns to Cherchiel taking her hand, "So, Cherchiel? Anything?"

Cherchiel seems to hesitate for a bit, "I'm afraid I don't know anything about how to fight The One True God, but... Well... I'll be by your side and I believe in you," she states and squeezes Yulia's hand reassuringly.

"I was told I should ask your thoughts on whether we could take The Priest's Chambers?" Yulia ventures and Cherchiel nods.

"If we can't take The High Priest, then we certainly won't be able to take The One True God," she states, "personally I have full confidence in your ability to take on any threat, though I will admit that is purely optimism on my part," she continues.

"Thank you, optimism or not, it feels nice having you believe in me," Yulia responds.

Yulia and Cherchiel leave the rest area heading towards The room the two met in and as they pass the cell, the captive within speaks again, "I get the feeling this is the last chance... for all of us. Let me out, I promise that I can help you beat the so called god," he pleads. Cherchiel stops.

"I'm loathe to admit it, but he's likely telling the truth, if anyone would have knowledge of The One True God's weaknesses it would be him, though I imagine it will cost us much more than simply letting him out, he's a traitor and a deceiver," she explains. The two continue past for the moment arriving in the room where they fought and they stop in front of the door that leads into the chamber of the One True God.

"I suppose this is it then... Are we all ready?" Yulia asks, seemingly including herself, Cherchiel and the Voices in that question. She doesn't wait for an answer before removing her mask and gesturing for Cherchiel to lean down. As Cherchiel does so, Yulia proceeds to kiss her on the lips, in a slow, passionate kiss before pulling away, "I... I've never been so afraid of a challenge in this tower before... It's strange. I'm... Prepared for any number of things to happen to me, in order to achieve my goal, but... I'm terrified now that if I fail... I'll lose you... and especially now so soon after meeting a new... friend... I especially don't want anything to happen to you," she admits and Cherchiel remains leaned down and gently wraps her arms around Yulia hugging her tightly before kissing her back, a slight bulge momentarily appearing in Yulia's cheek as her eyes widen, Cherchiel having pushed her tongue into Yulia's mouth as they kiss, when the kiss is broken, Cherchiel pulls away and Yulia's tongue noticeably slips from her mouth not wanting to let Cherchiel's go, a strand of saliva connecting them momentarily before it breaks.

"I don't want to leave you either, Mistress, but I believe in you. I don't believe you'd let anything happen to me, so I know that we're going to win and the two of us will conquer this tower together," she promises and Yulia nods gently, still seemingly a bit stunned by the kiss. She shakes her head clearing it after a few seconds and puts her mask back on as she turns to face the door, Cherchiel straightening up to face the door as well.
