Laid off

Mark wanted to punch a wall. He was pretty sure his father also wanted to punch a wall. He was not even done with training yet and just like that he was laid off. His father had almost thirty years on the job. He was now in unemployed thankfully he was able to collect his pension. Though it would not be enough for him to just stop working. He would have to start fresh.

When Mark arrived back to the house he shared with his fiancé, Katie. He found his better half naked while she played with a time-frozen Haley. She was currently weighing the blonde's breasts in her hands.

“Hey”, she greeted cheerfully.

“Hey,” Mark replied dejectedly.

Katie stopped playing with the girl’s boobs and turned to Mark. “What’s wrong?”

“You can tell?” Mark asked surprised.

“You make it rather easy.”

“I got laid off today.”

“What? You're not even done with training yet,” Katie said completely shocked. “Why?”

“Something about budget cuts,” Mark replied, clearly not believing it. "My dad and some older guys got laid off too but they were able to collect their pensions luckily. I don't think they wanted to fund the academy so me and the others were let go this afternoon."

“Can you appeal”, Katie asked genuinely curious.

“No..." Mark grumbled dejected. “It was a final decision.”

“Oh Mark,” Katie said as she hugged her Fiancé. “What are you going to do now?”

“I don’t know”, Mark said shrugging. “I think I need time to process this before I get back out.”

“Well don’t try to make it too cliche”, Katie said. “I don’t want this to end up like a bad romantic comedy.”

Mark smiled, “Promise.”

“So,” Katie said rather slowly. “I do have some good news.”

“Oh really?” Mark asked curiously.

“Yeah, I’ve…I’ve been selected to go to the Olympic tryouts for team USA.”

Mark blinked. “Katie….that’s…that’s amazing. You have to do this, it’s what you always wanted. Don’t do anything like consider not going due to me being laid off.”

Katie smiled. “Oh good, we can skip that whole part of the romantic comedy.”

“I love you,” Mark said.

“I know,”, Katie replied. “Why don’t you grab one of the dolls and I can go and cheer you up.”

“I’d like that,” Mark said. “Thought to celebrate, why don’t we grab your former track teammates.”

“I like the way you think Mr. Donovan.”

Together Mark and a Katie went and got Wendy, Danica, Rachel and Justine out of storage and brought them up to their bedroom. The four frozen women were laid side by side next to each other on the bed, with Mark and Katie going on top. They mostly had sex with each other, but gave their dolls a workout as well. The two soon drifted off to sleep on top of their four dolls.
