Chapter 141 by Bigbop38 Bigbop38

Who is it?

Lady Violet.

Violet, from Cinnabar Island. Lady Violet. Virgin Violet. The undefeated female Pokémon trainer, who hasn’t lost once in her three years of battling. One of the most famous career trainers in Kanto, if not the most famous, who has tons of sponsors and has been interviewed countless times. She’s your personal idol, as she is for many aspiring female trainers. Your room back home is covered in posters of her, Gramps managed to get you a signed photo of her once, and you even have a body pillow with her likeness on it that you use for… cuddling. And nothing else.

You can feel the thundering of your heartbeat throughout your entire body. Your knees are shaking slightly, your mouth is totally dry, there’s some weird itchy feeling at the base of your skull for a moment, and your mind is racing a mile a minute. Lady Violet is right there. WHY!? Why is she just sitting on the side of the road on Route 4!? You’re not hallucinating are you!? Or dreaming!? You pinch yourself hard, but you’re definitely awake, and she’s definitely just right over there. Okay, so your hero is just sitting on a stump less than thirty feet away from you; what do now?

It’s of course been a dream of yours to meet her someday, something that you were fairly sure would happen eventually since you were a trainer. Just… not in the most random place at the most random time in the most random way. You thought it would be at some big tournament or something, then the two of you would battle, you would lose, and she would do to you what she does to every woman she defeats; melt you into bliss right there in front of the crowd… Shit, your fantasies are back. You’ve felt like you’d gotten a handle on them recently, like being fueled by rage had helped keep them down. Never gone, always in the back of your mind, but not constantly racking your brain.

Still, out of all of your loss fantasies, the ones with Lady Violet have always bothered you the least. You just… haven’t felt as bad about them, since it feels just as much like imagining sex with your idol as much as it does being rooted in submission. And you may have a chance to fulfill them right now. If you challenge her and lose, or if she challenges you after seeing you and beats you… *gulp* Is that what you’re going to do though? Just walk over there and go about living out your wildest dreams? Maybe you should just talk to her... Talk to her about what? The fucking weather? How are you going to start a casual conversation with Lady Violet while your heart feels like it’s about to explode? You’ll end up embarrassing yourself, you just know it… You have met her brother though, and talked with him for a while. Maybe you could use that somehow, as an icebreaker? Or you could just hide here until she leaves, save yourself the stress. No, no! You can’t let this opportunity slip away! To at least meet her! Whatever else happens, what matters most is getting to talk to your idol and hopefully not bother her!

You spin around, stepping out into the open and seeing… no one. She’s gone. The stump is bare, though her pack still sits at its base. Where did she go!? Before you have time to look around or even think another thought, a voice breathes words directly into your ear from behind, catching you completely off-guard. “What are we looking for?”

“WAH!?” You shout and stumble forward, hitting the ground and then flipping over to stare up at… Lady Violet. She was right behind you!? When!? How!? Why!? Oh Arceus, what do you do now!?

The purple-haired beauty’s lips twitch, and curl up into a full smile. “Hm. Hmhmhm…. Hahahahahahaaa! Oh, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I probably shouldn’t have done that, but it was far too tempting to pass up! Here, dear, take my hand.” She wipe a single tear of laughter from her eye, then leans down and offer you a hand up off the ground.

Meanwhile, your brain has decided that it no longer wishes to function at an optimal level. ‘She’s right here. She talked to me. I made her laugh. She’s right here. She talked to me. I made her laugh.’ These thoughts play on loop in your head as you instinctually take Lady Violet’s hand and let yourself be pulled to your feet.

“I do hope you didn’t bruise anything, dear.” The purple-haired girl says as the thought ‘I touched her’ is added to the mix of looping in your mind. “I caught you hiding behind that tree and came over to speak with you, but you looked to be so deep in thought that you didn’t even notice me. You seemed ready to reveal yourself to me at the end there, though. Tell me, what is your name dear?”

Okay Blue, the most basic of human interactions. You’ve got this. “I love you!” SHIT. NO. DID NOT HAVE THAT. “I-I mean I’m a huge fan! Have been for a while! So when I saw you sitting there I wasn’t sure if I should bother you or not, and I was really curious as to why you’re out here in the first place, and I’ve met your brother before, and I didn’t know what I was supposed to say to you and I kind of still don’t and I feel like I’m embarrassing myself and please help me and I’m sorry and-“

Lady Violet places a hand on either one of your shoulders, cutting through your babbling. Her touch is electric, and even something as simple as a hand on your shoulder feels like it makes your body tingle. “Breathe, dear. Breathe. It’s okay.” She brings a hand up to your face, gently laying it against your cheek. This act sends a jolt of mixed emotions through you, and your already flagging mental capacity dips further. It does calm you down a little though, like she’s soothing a skittish Pokémon. “A fan of mine, hm? I am always happy to meet a fan, especially one as lovely as you…” Her amethyst eyes openly travel up and down your figure, blatantly appreciating your looks and your curves. “Please, won’t you tell me your name, my beautiful little fan? Ooh, or is it a secret? Do I need to try and guess? Hm?”

‘Beautiful little fan’… She called you beautiful? A severe tightness grips your chest, but a deep warmth envelops your entire being as well. Lady Violet called you beautiful… You probably have the stupidest look on your reddening face right now, but you don’t care in the slightest. She doesn’t seem to be judging you for having just a tiny little freak out, she’s probably pretty used to reactions like this. But does she treat every fan she meets this way? Does she call them all beautiful too? She probably does, she’s probably just being nice… Oh, you may want to try and answer her question. “Blue… Blue Oak, from Pallet Town.” Your voice is small and breathless, but you manage to actually say the right thing this time.

The famous young woman smiles brightly at your answer. “Ah, named after a color, just like me. I wonder, is everyone named after a color just inherently beautiful? We seem to be two for two in that regard. It is a pleasure to meet you, dear Blue.” The sound of your name on her lips sends a shiver up your spine, and you can hardly believe that this is real. You feel oddly detached from yourself, like your mind can’t fully accept that something this amazing is happening to you.

“I… L-Likewise… I’m sorry, I don’t know…” You hate how much you’re stuttering, how much of a fool you must seem to her. ‘I knew I was going to embarrass myself, dammit!’

Lady Violet’s hand moves up from your face to gently comb through your hair, sending tingles through your scalp and down into your brain. “No need to apologize, you’re far from the first girl I’ve made tongue-tied. Do try and keep in mind that I am just a regular person, despite how you may think of me. You can relax, dear Blue, I’m not going to judge you or anything for how you’re acting. Cross my heart.”

The gorgeous young woman draws an X over her heart with her free hand, bringing your attention to her bust. Annnnd now you’re staring at her tits, great. Though it’s not like you're the only one, she’s quite calmly ogling you as well, a faint hunger evident in her purple eyes. Still, her words do relax you a little, and you take what feels like the first proper breath you’ve managed since this started. “Right… Um, well, like I said before, I’m a big fan! You’re an inspiration to me, and, um…” You struggle to find something else to say, despite feeling like you have an infinite number of things you would like to say. Your head is just so all over the place at the moment, and the fact that she’s still stroking your hair is not helping the whole ‘thinking’ thing at the same time.

A warm smile on her full lips, Lady Violet replies. “I see, thank you very much. I’m always happy to hear that I’ve had a positive impact on someone else. Tell me, how long have you been a trainer, dear Blue?”

“A week and a half… I’ve gotten my Boulder Badge so far.” You answer, unsure as to whether or not she’ll be impressed by that.

The purple-haired girl’s brows flick up, a small look of surprise in her eyes. “My my, so quickly! It took me nearly a month to prepare for my first gym battle back when I started.”

“Y-Yeah, well… I haven’t been as… careful as you…” You start to mumble, eyes downcast as you basically admit to your hero that you haven’t exactly followed her example, despite idolizing her.

As shame starts to grip you, Lady Violet’s free hand comes up to cup your chin, tilting your face back up and making you look her in the eye. Her amethyst orbs are full of a gentle understanding, and not even a hint of judgment or disappointment. “Now, now, no need for that sad look. You’re far too pretty to waste time looking like that. Everyone handles their journey differently, I understand.”

You feel your heart basically melt from the sheer warmth that seems to emanate off of your idol, feeling like you’re sinking into those purple eyes of hers. She’s not just extremely attractive and talented, she’s also incredibly kind. Genuinely kind, not a hint of malice or hidden disdain beneath her words, just like Red… Wait, this is not the time to be thinking of him. All you should be thinking about is Lady Violet…

It isn’t until the purple-clad young woman leans back slightly that you realize that you were leaning forward, into her. Once she reacts, you shake out of your haze and start to blush furiously. But, before you can start stammering out an apology, the famous trainer speaks up. “Well well. You may be even more eager than I am, dear Blue.” Her demeanor seems to shift a little, eyes narrowing and lips splitting in a wolfish grin. “But, there is a proper order to these things… Tell me dear, why do you think I’m out here on Route 4?”

The question catches you off-guard. Why is she out here? You’d wondered that when you first saw her here, and you haven’t really been able to come to an answer, especially with your mind as addled as it is. “I… I don’t know…”

Her hands return to your shoulders, and she stares deeply, hungrily into your eyes. “It’s simple, dear Blue; I’m on the hunt.” She leans in close to you, and suddenly thinking is nearly impossible again. “I was in Cerulean City for a photo shoot and, after it ended, was blessed with a rare bit of free time. So, I decided to come out here and look for a lovely lady to… have some fun with.” You open your mouth to speak, but she preempts your question. “If you’re going to ask why I didn’t just look for a girl in Cerulean, that’s simple. I wanted to be away from prying eyes, to actually have a bit of privacy for once. So, I came out here. Now, frankly dear Blue, I would love to spend some more time getting to know you better, but I have to be in Vermillion City soon… So I don’t have much time to waste.”Your heart thuds in your chest. Is this really happening? Is this what you think it is? Is she really going to…?

Lady Violet’s next words send a thrill through you, mixed emotions surging throughout your entire being. “I challenge you to a battle, dear Blue.”
