Lacey, and the high school conspiracy

Every several years a high school girl is selected by the city council to be constantly humiliated or embarrassed in a naked way. It is an over century old tradition that was originally thought to bring prosperity to the superstitious Midwest community. Now it is a form of entertainment which has been secretly recorded and watched since the early 90’s by the entire adult population, with the age of the girl being raised from the original fifteen, to the now adult eighteen. There are in fact pro-nudity ordinances in the county and city, but are also kept quiet, because of this very tradition.

With the help of trusted students, teachers, police, most of the adult community which still believe in the superstition, and even the parents; the girl is victimized until she graduates. The girl is not chosen at random, but secretly screened by teachers and the guidance counselor, then permission from the parents must be received.

There is if fact an actual curse involved. The girl will somehow find of reason to ignore or not see simple problems to the solution of their nudity, even though they want to be clothed.

Lacey is to be the latest victim.
